The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

Our secluded cabin sits on a mountainside between Ponca and Jasper, near the Buffalo River. The cabin has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs each with queen bed, one downstairs w queen bed & twin bunkbed, 2 twins in entry, 1 futon upstairs), two remodeled bathrooms, central AC/heat, WIFI, Roku TV, small deck with charcoal grill, large dining room table & lots of windows. 2 miles from Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, 2 miles from Steel Creek, 4 miles from Ponca, 5 miles from Kyle's Landing, 9 miles from Jasper.

Relax at this cozy little cabin with just you and your significant other or bring the kids along too! Enjoy peace and quiet and total privacy. Private walking trail to seasonal Osage creek too! Close to waterfalls and an old homestead built of hand hewn logs. Conveniently located to hiking trails as well. Center point trail, Compton trailhead, hideout hollow trailhead, hawksbill trail and more! Ponca and Boxely are close and highway 43 where you can watch Elk! Soak in our new hot tub too!!

Steve's Place is a one of a kind rustic cabin sitting on 33 acres just 10 minutes from the Buffalo National River at Ponca and 3 Miles from the Compton Trailhead. The cabin provides all the amenities of home with seclusion and views of these beautiful Ozark Mountains. This Cabin has one bedroom and a loft with with queen size beds. It boasts ample indoor/outdoor living space to help relax after a long day on the river and trails. Please let us know if you are a First Responder or Veteran.

Enjoy a stay at this cozy and secluded cabin that sits on 10 acres of land bordering the Buffalo National River Park. This private cabin offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway and is only minutes from the Buffalo River (Hasty Access). The cabin has a large porch with fantastic views and the fire pit is a huge hit. Stay on the lookout for and deer, hummingbirds and rabbits known to stop by.

Enjoy this cozy cabin nestled in the heart of the Ozarks. With a view of Lost Valley and beyond, the front porch is a nice place to relax and unwind! With a full kitchen, fire pit, horseshoe pit, charcoal grill, and more we wish you to be able to vacation deliberately, comfortably, and affordably! Please hit us up with any questions and thank you! This charming cabin is located in the heart of the Upper Buffalo River Wilderness area and is less than 9 miles in either direction to Jasper, Arkansas or to the historic Boxley Valley. Jasper is a quaint town where restaurants, eclectic shops and groceries can be found and the Boxley Valley offers many opportunities to view the wild elk that live there and also has many great hikes including Lost Valley and the Buffalo River Trail (BRT).
