Right from when we landed Rosalie and Robbie were the perfect hosts, they made check-in and check-out a breeze, and any time through the week when we had questions or issues they were quick to respond. We really enjoyed their property - it's big with great finishings, right by the water, and (as we soon learnt!) away from the crazy traffic of the east side of the island! We'd highly recommend staying at their property when visiting Nassau.

Don’t second guess booking this place! My mom and I went on a girls trip for a couple nights, we felt very safe and comfortable. Location and views are unbeatable!! We drank our coffee on the beach every morning and listened to the waves at night through the screened in patio. It’s super close to a large grocery store that has everything you would need including a lot of organic options. We met 3 of the tenants in the building and they were all so kind and willing to help out with anything we needed. We walked to the tiki bar right down the beach, had some coronas and cocktails while lounging in the sun. Sanchia was more than accommodating by picking us up from the airport last minute and showing us some good spots to eat or grab drinks. Loved our stay so much! We are already planning to come back next year 🙌

Every aspect of this stay exceeded expectations from the cozy living room, the pristine kitchen, the large rooms, and the gorgeous master bathroom. Everything you could possible need for a getaway was easily accessible. The hosts responded almost immediately to every request/question we had. They left thoughtful touches all over their home- from the bath tray with a candle and wine, extra snacks on the counter, fuzzy blankets, and cooler for fun beach days. This space is tucked away in a very safe area with complete privacy. The pool was a little cold, so it didn’t get much use, but it was still gorgeous to look at. I can’t think of anything they need to change about this lovely home. 10/10 all the way!

First I must say I felt like I was bothering Marquin with a-lot of questions that had all the answers listed in the Airbnb App and I should have read. My family and I enjoyed this home and felt like we were at home. The house is very open spacious and clean. I like that there was a lot of sunlight also throughout the house. Despite the pool not being heated and was a bit cold the area was always sunny & hot so the pool was definitely one to jump in. I would recommend anybody staying here to think of getting a car to rent so you can go to the downtown where everything really is. Other wise you would be taking taxi which would run you more on cost. On the over all i suggest this place safe quiet and secluded away from noise and gated community.

The house is clean and beautiful with great spaces to relax. The view is stunning and the crystal clear water is visible in most directions! The boys fished in the front and caught tarpon, jacks, cubera snapper, and so many others. Everyone had the space they needed. We loved walking around town and meeting the lovely, kind locals. The neighbors were also incredibly kind and generous. Drove to Red bays for baskets and woodcarvings. Eric helped set us up for a dive to the wall of the Tongue of the Ocean with Small Hope. It was an incredible experience. We will be going back! Thanks to Megan, Eric, and Junior for taking special care of us!

Janet’s place was absolutely everything and more! My husband and I went for my 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for my celebration! We wanted a quiet, private, walk out to beach paradise and let me tell you, Janet’s place did not disappoint! It is now my favorite place! Janet herself is sensational! She made sure we felt at home and had the best time. We also felt very safe. We will be back! Thank you Janet for sharing your beautiful and special home with us! Katie

This place is amazing! My wife and I stayed here for a much needed vacation after a year of my colon cancer treatments. There is a issue with directions from Google as it takes you to another area of the community. The host was able to find us and we got into the place with no further issues. The land is taken care very nicely and you are surrounded by tropical beauty! Make sure to walk the full path as there are great cooling out areas and CHICKENS! So you may hear them in the morning. Super quiet gated community very safe and would stay here anytime we are in Nassau!

Love Beach was the perfect setting for our honeymoon! Maggie recommended getting a rental car as it is quite remote and she was extremely helpful with getting in contact with a local provider. She also provided the number for a local taxi man who was so reliable and able to bring us to dinner locations in the evening so we could enjoy a drink. There is one small local pub 2 minutes walk down the beach but other than that it is a very private beach which was its greatest asset. We stayed in an all inclusive resort for a few days previous but Love Beach was a lovely change of pace to relax in our own company. Maggie’s ring binder provided lots of lovely restaraunt recommendations and her check in instructions were very clear. The house is small but immaculately clean and has everything you need. It looks just like the photos! I cannot recommend Love Beach enough!!
