There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

A beautiful light and spacious self-catering studio with mountain views set in a quiet, peaceful and relaxing part of Constantia. There is direct access to a riverside walking trail. Close to spectacular wine farms, walking distance to shops and restaurants and a hospital close by. It has a separate entrance, private parking on the property, comes with all modern conveniences including air conditioning and a solar back-up system. There is a gas barbecue and guests are welcome to use the pool.

Misty Cliffs Work and Surf

Stay here and enjoy stunning sea views, peaceful nature and a refined yet homely interior. Watch glowing sunsets or passing whales and dolphins and the romantic mist over the cliffs with the sound of waves as your constant backdrop. Relax by the fireplace in the spacious double‑storey lounge, cook in the fully equipped open‑plan kitchen and work with fast fibre and a “ready‑to‑plug‑in” office setup. Fresh, comfortable farm-style charm. The main bedroom has a king bed and a working desk, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up as a king. A fireplace indoors. Outside, a private patio and a small garden. Off-street secure parking —minutes from the trails, popular wine farms and incredible restaurants.

Located across from beautiful horse paddocks, with many great walking & cycling trails right on our doorstep. Also close to many fabulous restaurants, incl. La Colombe, Chef's Warehouse & Foxcroft, as well as Cape Town's celebrated wine farms incl. Groot Constantia, Constantia Glen, Buitenverwachting, Eagles Nest, Steenberg Vineyards, Uitsig, Klein Constantia & Beau Constantia.

Perfect place to set off to the beach, mountain biking routes, hiking or walking routes, excellent running routes and 5 minute drive from a world class golf course. Or you can lie by the shared pool, gym or play tennis. The cottage is looked after by the owners Dawn and Tanno , who take personal care to ensure a good stay. Regrettably, no under 18's.

Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time
