La distanza dal mare è esigua, è possibile raggiungerlo a piedi in pochi minuti in quanto l'accesso alla bellissima scalinata del "Convento" dista solo un centinaio di metri. Inoltre, siamo facilmente raggiungibili dalla stazione in 5 minuti di auto o una decina a piedi, passando per le vie della città. L'appartamento è situato in una zona dove è possibile usufruire di qualsivoglia servizio. Assistenza h24.
