Never been to north wales before but Richard’s place was ideal not far from any other areas we were going to visit spot on lovely place clean quite picturesque views and a hot tub good value for money thank you Julie x

Simply beautiful, clean and lovely house. Also Eira was helpful and a great down to earth host. House has everything and also is at great locality. Llandudno pier is just 5mins drive. Plus lidl is just 2-3 walks and Morrison is 4mins drive from this place. Henceforth this will be my default place to stay at North Wales and also would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to explore north wales and need a beautiful peaceful place to stay with no negative points :) Thanks again Eira. We had an amazing stay for my partners 30th. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Robin and Lois were really friendly and super easy to communicate with. We enjoyed climbing Snowdon and the hot tub afterwards with sunset views was a great touch. We visited the old stag pub twice for dinner (3 min drive) which served delicious food at great value for money. Another great restaurant was the hangin pizzeria in Bets-y-coed, where we also took a long walk with waterfall views. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone who asks.

What Anne has created with The villa is nothing short of magical. Every last detail has been thought of and we wanted for nothing, well maybe to have stayed longer 😉 The view and peacefulness are worth every penny. It’s truely the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at 💯 Anne we wanted to share a drink with you as you seem someone who is bursting with stories & lifes adventures..maybe next time 🥰 As we cant wait to come back! My family and I loved our stay in Louise’s home. The place was well equipped for all of us, including our one year old. Our children were very happy spending all their time in the garden and it was a beautiful spot to sit and relax. Louise also provided us with recommendations for a good Sunday lunch at the Queens head a short drive away. Well worth it.

Wonderful stay for extended family including 7 adults, 2 children and a baby. Margaret met us for check in and was very friendly. Her house was even better than shown in the photos. It felt like home from home. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great games room with table football, table tennis and pool. It's a working farm and we loved going down to the barns each morning to see the lamb arrivals. Margaret's husband Dewi was often there to chat and tell us all about the sheep. So informative and friendly. We highly recommend staying here and are keen to return. 5 stars from us!

We loved our stay at Heathercliffe it was like home to home really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Pity we never got a chance to use the outdoor patio because of the weather. Spacious and beautifully landscaped. The logs provided for indoor and outdoor use is so nice. We are familiar to the area so we got out and about we played golf at Penmaenmawr, walked over Conwy mountain into Conwy and walked along Aberconwy beach which is only 5 min away. You must visit the fairy glen which is at the bottom of the road. There is so much to do and the views are breathtaking it is an idyllic location. We will return to Heathercliffe . Cerys was an excellent host thank you for a perfect stay.
