Welcome to the mountain! It's been in the family for five generations and is a relaxing, private getaway seven miles from town or short drive to many natural areas. The comfortable and spacious 4BD/2BA retreat is a pleasant walk to panoramic mountain views with stunning sunsets and sunrises. The home is set at the edge of the woods with great porch sittin' and a large front yard and fishing pond. Enjoy sitting around a campfire or snuggle up by a the cozy wood burning stove.

This King Suite has its own private entrance that is attached to the cabin. The King Suite and the Cabin can be rented both separately through Air bnb. This King Suite is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin next door is not included it is separate. No third party bookings. Because of health issues, we can not except animals. No smoking.

The cabin is a wonderful place for a family retreat or couples getaway! It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.

Our spacious apartment with exposed brick has a true big city feel surrounded by small-town charm. It comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and is centrally located in Cookeville’s Historic Westside District. It’s within walking distance of TTU, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Dogwood Park, the train depot as well as many local dining and shopping hot spots.
