As a family of 4 including our small dog, we felt at home, loved being on the Matarangi golf course, lake views and easy walkable beach access We made use of the two Trek bikes at the property as well exploring the area. Fully equipped clean kitchen as well as clean bathrooms and linen. The bedrooms are private offering a clever layout throughout. Thanks once again for having us for a short getaway.

Absolutely perfect for us. Get escape away from people and just super relaxing watching the ocean views. The Bach is the typical kiwi bach very easy to feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we can.

David and Lynn are truly delightful! Their accommodations were the perfect place to stay in Tairua. With a warm welcome and a clean, well equipped guesthouse steps from the water we couldn’t have asked for more! We hope to return someday and will recommend their place to others. Tim is a wonderful host. On the day of our booking, we encountered bad weather and asked Tim, just hoping for the best, if we could change the date. It was during the busy Easter holiday period, but Tim generously offered us another day, for which we’re truly grateful. We had a very pleasant stay. When we arrived at night, there was a light left on outside the house, which made it easy for us to find. There’s cafe just a minute away, which was really convenient. And in the morning, we were greeted by beautiful scenery.

Beautiful setting with amazing sunrises! Hot Water Beach was a hoot in the rain. The Lost Spa was also a wonderful choice for a rainy day as Jenny suggested! Hahei Beach was perfect for walking, sunning and swimming. My daughter describes her swim halfway through her run as one of the highlights of her New Zealand trip! We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to walk to Cathedral Cove from our Air B&B. Our visit has been the experience of a lifetime. Many thanks!

Location was fantastic, and the waterfront sunrise view was beautiful, and a great way to start your day! Enjoyed spending time on the porch. Self check in process was easy, and having a dedicated parking spot right at the stairwell was a huge convenience. Amenities were excellent & the space itself was clean and nicely decorated. We also appreciated Donna’s quick responses and willingness to accommodate our needs on short notice. Her hospitality truly made a difference in our experience.

The apartment is spacious and modern with stunning views over the marina. It is well equipped with everything you could need. We received clear instructions making it easy to find and access the property. We had a very enjoyable few days exploring the beautiful coastline around Whitianga.

This is a great location on the canal front with a view straight down the waterway facing north.The property has its own water access boat/jet ski launching ramp and pontoon which is really convenient. The pool ,spa and deck areas get plenty of sun and great views. The house was very tidy and larger than expected with plenty of areas for privacy if anyone needed that. The kitchen is equipped with all thats expected in a home to cook for a family group and theres a second fridge and kitchenette to use which is helpful. We would come back again for sure.

Amy’s house is stunning, the photos don’t do it justice, a really luxurious stay. It is less than a minutes walk on the beach, and the outside shower is a real bonus when coming back sandy, great design!location wise as well as being practically on the beach, all the town cafes and blackies are easily walkable. Outside space is amazing - pool, bar and hot tub, sofa seating all around the house in both sun and shade, and great dining space inside and out. All bedrooms had comfy mattresses and bedding, clean spacious bathrooms. Generous office Desk space and WiFi was strong. Useful to be able to put our bikes in the garage for safety. Amy was responsive and proactive at making sure we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Finally, must mention the whole home smells like a luxury resort, together with all the tropical planting outside it was like a holiday somewhere exotic!

Schönes Zimmer in der Lodge. Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien stehen für Lodgegäste zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist sauber und warm, die Kinder haben ihn geliebt. 😄 Die Nähe zum Strand ist wunderbar. Der Platz selbst ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Klare Weiterempfehlung von mir!

Jenny's home was stunning. From the view, to the amenities, to the peaceful location, everything was spot on and spectacular. This is the type of place that people dream about staying in, made reality. Jenny was communicative and proactive in providing instructions and making sure our check-in went smoothly. The local recommendations and equipment provided was key to ensuring we had a good experience not only on the property, but in the surrounding area as well. I would stay there forever if I could, but most definitely would stay there again.

Good location and liked being across the road from the beach to go for a swim. Pub short walking distance for a meal. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sun go down. Nice wee place

Loved our stay! Wonderful location, incredibly clean and tidy and had everything we could have ever needed. The outdoor space was perfect for kids and adults alike. Plenty of room for everyone. Kathryn was incredibly responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin just steps away from Hot Water Beach. The location was unbeatable—being able to rinse off in the shower right after digging in the sand was incredibly convenient. Despite the absence of a heater, the cabin remained cozy and warm, thanks to the ample supply of blankets provided. The cabin itself was spotless and charming, making our stay very comfortable. Ella was fantastic with communication—always proactive and responsive, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated the short walking distance to Hot Waves Café and the beach, adding to the overall convenience of the location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed 2 nights and we wished we stayed longer. Beautiful sitting on the deck chatting with friends overlooking the sea. A beach very close by for a swim. Comfortable beds is always appreciated. We stayed there as we played lawn bowls at Te Puru Thames Coast BC, so this was very convenient for us, would stay there again. very pleased with the

Lovely place to stay. Very near to the beach. The cottage was very cute, spotless and had everything we needed. Great pressure in the shower too! Robyn communicated really well. Would highly recommend.

Wow wow wow! What a place! Michelle was incredibly kind and helpful, her place is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. It’s modern, lush, with plenty of light and everything you need. The place feels new and comfortable. There is a quiet river right in the palm tree garden, with kayaks you can use to explore it. Native birds and trees surround the space. The river access is also a minute away from the beach. You can borrow bikes or surfboards, or shovels to dig out the hot springs hidden under the sands! Even though it rained while we were there, it was a highlight for us. Thank you Michelle and James!
