Located minutes from Ted Stevens International Airport and near the Lake hood dirt strip. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the deck while watching float planes come and go from Lake Hood, the largest sea plane base in the world. It' short walk to Earthquake park and the Cook Inlet. It doesn't matter whether you are going North or South from Anchorage the house is perfectly located.

Whether a short layover or an extended stay, find comfort and style in this west anchorage home. Located 5 mins from both the airport and Kincaid Park in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from Delong Lake. Triple pane windows ensure air traffic is blocked out for a good night sleep. Enjoy the magic of the upper Kenai River on your own acre of land on the rivers edge. In your own private cabin, indulge in the beauty of the river life surrounded by towering mountains, Bald Eagles, Sockeye and Silver Salmon, Rainbow Trout, the occasional bear, moose and mountain goat, and the commonly seen rafts and drift boats floating by. In this area, you will enjoy fishing, kayaking, drifting, hiking, mountain biking, or just relaxing enjoying the view by an indoor or outdoor fire.

Alaskan Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

Spruce Bear Cabin

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.

Big Cabin - CLFC

Come relax in your own private cabin after a long day of adventures at Cooper Landing Fish Camp, located on the world famous Upper Kenai River. The Big Cabin sleeps up to 6 and is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, BBQ grill & fire pit. Shared washer & dryer available in separate building. We are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula making this a great spot for your base camp. We are more than happy to provide suggestions to make your Alaskan vacation unforgettable.

Hope H.U.B. Have. U. Been?

The beautiful community of Hope is a two hour drive from Anchorage. Hope HUB offers summer and winter trails for hiking, biking and skiing. PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides. Use our outdoor fire pit, stocked with wood. Meet Wally our resident walrus and enjoy a truly extraterrestrial experience.

(Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.
