The Magic Attic / Walk Everywhere!

Peaceful neighborhood, walk everywhere! The Magic House is in the heart of Hawthorne's charming restaurant and boutique district: 2 blocks to SE Hawthorne, 3 blocks to SE Division, 15 min to the airport, 10 min to Downtown and the Convention Center, 2 blocks to the Hawthorne Theatre. You get the entire Magic Attic with a private bathroom. Other guests staying on the Magic 2nd Floor will share the front door, stairway, 2nd floor hallway. Other guests will be on the 1st Floor Casa Magica.

Suite in Hilltop Home in the woods w/King Bed

Enjoy a peaceful retreat in a comfortable and inviting suite in our mountaintop home in wine country. The basement suite is attached to our garage that you walk through to access. It's an open studio and has a relaxed feel with super soft bedding on a king sized memory foam mattress. The suite is surrounded by trees and has large windows to provide a woodsy feel near the city. Nike and Intel are close by and Cooper Mountain Vineyards is also 2 miles away. 30-40min drive to downtown Portland.

Willamette Valley Wine Country Hub

Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country the 1100 SqFt private unit provides a unique opportunity to experience the north west. We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. We also offer a wood fired pizza making experience (see below for details). All of this while experiencing rural Oregon. We are on 6 acres with only a few neighbors.

Beaverton Retreat

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Park Cottage

This charming guesthouse is tucked away in a park-like setting near the entrance to the Willamette Valley Wine Country. This very spacious studio offers a warm and cozy space with king size bed and a comfy day bed with a pull out trundle. Also a very roomy living room area with tv for streaming ( Roku/Netflix installed ) and fire place. Enjoy light meals or snacks in the kitchenette with a full fridge , microwave,toaster, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils. Beautiful outside surroundings.

Cooper Mountain Tiny Cabin

My Tiny Cabin is located on 2.3 forested acres in a rural setting close to Portland and wine country. My home is located on the same property but trees and space between the two provide privacy. A ladder leads you to the upstairs loft with a queen bed and a skylight for a view of the treetops. A futon that folds into a comfortable full sized bed is located downstairs. The kitchenette provides a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee. Step out to the deck to cook on the propane grill.

Sit in the Hot tub or sauna or sit on the deck and enjoy the beauty of nature and listen to the sounds of birds and wildlife around you.

Located in NW Portland, our space is in a quiet neighborhood, next to a park and tennis courts. We are 7 minutes from the Nike Headquarters, 2 minutes from Columbia Sportswear Headquarters, and 15 minutes from Intel, making it a perfect stay for your business needs. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Cozy Cooper Mtn Cottage

Uniquely cozy with all the amenities of home but in a cottage up on Cooper Mt. Where you are surrounded by trees , feel the breezes, sunrise and sunset in the same day, and sometimes the wonderful wildlife around us. Birds in the sky , rabbits and sometimes deer, and yes our two friendly goats. Oh yes and the expansive midnight sky with the bright stars twinkling above or the big round moon shining down on you as you sit on the patio in the evening enjoying the night air.

Make yourself at home in this cozy detached ADU and explore Beaverton's budding downtown scene, or hop on the Max for a quick trip into Portland. With a walking score of 81 you can walk to a variety of restaurants and parks anytime, and a wonderful Farmer's Market on Saturdays.
