This house has plenty of cooking and grilling utilities, good air conditioning, and was just as beautiful and clean as it looked in the photos. It was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and our family enjoyed using the two kayaks provided in the garage. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Noah’s place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend during a snow storm. We loved both fireplace, specially the wood stove which kept the entire house in 70s throughout the freezing weekend. He had plenty of wood for the fireplace and also arranged the driveway to be plowed after the storm. There are some small stores and gas stations with in 10-15 min drive from home but bigger towns are about 30 min drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

We had a great stay at Victoria's house. The pictures of the house are accurate and Victoria was a very responsive /helpful host. The land and particularly the stream are much more beautiful and expansive in person than we were expecting. Do yourself a favor and go explore the grounds. The setting is private, serene, and a great way to recharge your battery. I would highly recommend this property if you like the outdoors and wants to have a quiet and relaxing trip where you can reconnect with nature.

We had a fantastic stay at Anton’s Airbnb for our family ski trip to Hunter Mountain! The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of six adults and three children. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the kids especially loved the game room—it was a big hit! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the ski resort, which made our trip super convenient. The surrounding town was nice, with everything we needed within easy reach. The house was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. Thank you, Anton, for providing such a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to return!

Annie's house made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Annie was incredibly kind and responsive. My family and I had a great time! We would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely time. Beautiful home and grounds; enjoyed the fire pits. Would absolutely rent again. Hosts were responsive and informative, I felt like instructions were communicated clearly. Great tip on Mt Fuji in Oneonta--we had a nice dinner while we were in the area.

Centrally located between Oneanta and Cooperstown. House was peaceful, beds were super comfy, and the views from bedroom and porch/ second bedroom were lovely. If it was warmer, we would have been out on that water! Highly recommend!

This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Veronica’s place was nothing short of short and sweet! The place itself was instantly welcoming, accommodating, as well as set up to serve as a home away from home for suiting anyone’s needs from cooking to relaxing! Everything was orderly, easy to find and user friendly. Communication with Veronica was very easy and she made herself available throughout the entire time that my family and I stayed at her place. We look forward to staying here again in the future !

We came up for a family weekend, but needed a pet friendly place to stay with our little pup. Yasiel's airb&b was the best place we've ever stayed while traveling. We slept great, made yummy food, and relaxed in between events! We can't wait to visit again!

We had a nice stay with Cora, who is so kind and helpful. We had some issues with the portable AC units and the front door lock but, she took care of it very quickly. It was the perfect place to stay for move in day. Thanks, Cora!

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

It was a large and clean home - perfect for a weekend stay with family nearby

What an amazing find! This home is the most well-appointed Airbnb we have ever stayed at. From dog towels to games to toiletry items, everything was so well thought out. The location is extremely private and peaceful but within reasonable driving distances to some restaurants and quaint towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle bustle of a city, THIS IS IT!

This lake house was EXACTLY what we were looking for. My family, plus my cousins family like to vacation together. The house was clean, and the space was perfect for our families. There was room to spread out. The 4 kids in the group loved the downstairs space. The view from the decks was amazing!! I highly recommend bringing coffee to the deck to watch the sun rise. We had a problem with the hot water heater, and Dereck could not have done more to make sure everything was fixed and his guests were happy.

We were in Oneonta for Parents weekend and wanted to stay close to town but away from the Parties and Trains. This place was a the perfect balance. We played cards on the porch and had coffee overlooking the Susquehanna River.

It was a great place to stay!!! It was comfortable and clean. You have to either drive to water or be able To walk a very big hill. There is a dog next door that will bark if anyone gets up very early so that may be a negative if you have young kids that may wake. It's a large dog so very Loud bark, it did wake the kids in the home but there is only so much you can do about these things. There are no cleats (well one small one) on the dock but there are some Pillars if you have a large boat, I believe the dock is more for kayaks and small Boats but my 25 ft tritoon fit. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It's a way to be on the water in a private setting. The downstairs owner is very very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back! Well worth it.

The house was a little dusty, a camp feel for sure. It was perfect for a family reunion we had , kids enjoyed it, plenty of space and walk to private beach was very close and beautiful clean lake.

My husband and I and a friend had a wonderful vacation staying in Kevin (Hapi)'s beautiful home on the Great Lake Sacandaga. The house was beautiful and spacious. The screened in porch was perfect for having meals or just looking at the gorgeous view of the lake. Much thought had been put into making sure the house had everything one could possibly need, including beach towels and all those little essentials. The house was within a very short walking distance of the main street in Northville, a quaint town with a great five and dime and a couple of excellent restaurants. There is a wonderful, sandy beach just two minutes away where we could swim and put our canoe and kayak in the water. Kevin (Hapi) was an excellent host, very responsive, very welcoming and encouraged us to feel at home. This was a very nice experience, we had a really good time, and I highly recommend Kevin (Hapi)'s place!

Knoll Top Lake Cottage was such a picturesque location with comfortable accommodations. Perfect place to escape the business of life and to recharge. We had grandparents and kids with us and there was something for everyone. Grandparents loved reading on the porch while the kids couldn’t wait to jump in the lake. It’s an easy, 30 minute drive to Dreams Park. Bret is a responsive host! I highly recommend a stay at this lovely cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at Trent’s place. A very relaxing and fun getaway with friends. Took a beautiful hike around the area with the dogs. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were comfy. Took advantage of the games that were available and fireplaces inside and out. We had a great time at the “neighbors” too! We will definitely return for an annual winter visit.
