Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Private stairs lead to a beautiful semi-private beach which faces Northwest, resulting in less wind. We are close to several Oregon State Parks. Golf is nearby HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT PROVIDED, you are asked to wash linens, dishes and clean the unit so it is ready for the next guest. No smoking or pets please.

Floras Lake Guest House

The Floras Lake Guest House is located in my garden at Floras Lake. A private bath, kitchenette (coffee pot, microwave, small frig, dishes, blender, toaster, etc.) queen bed and sitting area complete this private, serene space. An electric fireplace adds heat and a lovely ambience. A large screen television has access to Amazon and Netflix. WiFi service is provided. Guests have use of two kayaks (during summer months only), dock and viewing deck via a private stairway.

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special.
