1. Communication and location change- we appreciated that the hosts informed us in advance about the change in location due to an ongoing restoration work. It’s essential to keep guests informed, and they did just that. 2. Ease of finding the place- Near Robinsons, a definite plus! Also directions provided were accurate and had no trouble finding the place, clear signage and landmarks helped us navigate. 3. The Big House- the replacement location turned out to be great! It’s a big house, has parking, and the room has its own bathroom. The place is spotless, that made us comfortable. 4. Driveway and parking- it’s a bit tricky specially for not so experienced driver. The driveway was narrow and parking was indeed a challenge. If you’re driving a larger vehicle, be prepared for some maneuvering. But Ms. Tin and her husband helped us greatly! Thank you for hosting our family! We had a pleasant stay overall, despite a few hiccups.

We had a lovely two-night stay! The location near the rice fields offered a beautiful view, and the host was super friendly and flexible with check-in. She even helped us find a van. The rooms were comfortable, but it would be helpful if the keyholders were color-coded for easier distinction, and a microwave in the other room would be a nice addition. A/C in all rooms would also be great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it! Thank you so much!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

We had a wonderful week-long stay here and truly enjoyed our time. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the air conditioning settings, they went out of their way to come to the house in the middle of the night to assist us, which we deeply appreciated. The place was clean, cozy, and situated in a quiet neighborhood, allowing us to rest peacefully after a long day. Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality and we hope to return soon!

Salamat Harold!! I booked the house and one nipa hut for an overnight stay with my family (12 people) and it was such a pleasant stay! Harold and the staff were really flexible with check-in and check-out. The view was beautiful and the location was great - minutes away from the windmills. The free breakfast was a nice bonus! It was a little bit windy the night that we stayed here, so it was a bit loud - but overall, a wonderful experience. Hope to come back soon!

Cozy and feels like home. Maayos ang place at sobrang bait ni sir kenneth at lalo na si Iking - one of his staff. Salamat po naenjoy po namen ang stay namen lalo na mga kids. 🙂

Malapit sa mismong city Malapit sa market Safe place kasi tabi lang Brgy. Malapit lang rin sa mga bilihan like 7/11 Napaka bait pa ng may-ari, ipa feel sayo na ikaw may-ari ng unit nila. Maganda sa likod kasi maaliwalas ang hangin. Sarap mag luto sa kitchen nila, mahangin. If you want to go to PATAPAT viaduct at better to stay in Laoag, at sa kanila mag stay kasi all malapit na sa lahat. Walking distance lang talaga sa mismong city. Anglapit rin sa bell tower. At nakapa down to earth pa ng may-ari.
