Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

The Studio - Modern stay in Old Cromwell

A short stroll from picturesque Old Cromwell, enjoy a comfortable stay at this tastefully renovated studio. The one-room studio has everything you need - A main living space with queen bed, lounge area, kitchenette and dining, and a separate spacious bathroom. Carefully selected furnishings and artwork adorn the space, to create a stylish yet cozy feel. High windows provide privacy and capture the hills surrounding Cromwell. Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

The newly opened Highlands Motorsports Park is 6 km away. The new cycle trail will be open at the end of 2020.
