Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

This place is as great as all the reviews we read. We were a family of 6, one teen and 3 adult kids and the apartment was a great size for us all, we stayed 5 days. The master bedroom is fab, like a fancy hotel room with its own bathroom and enormous tv! The other two bedrooms were perfectly big enough for our four children, all a good size! The bathrooms are perfect, there is lots of hot water and all amenities in the kitchen including the coffee machine work great. There was coffee and filters ready to go which was great. It is a really comfortable apartment to relax in. The Los Palmos supermarket on Bergenline Avenue is small but really well stocked. As described it is 20-30 mins out of Port Authority bus station but the buses (128, 156, 159) are regular and straightforward. The balcony at the front of the apartment gets lovely morning sunshine which was a lovely bonus as we were lucky with the weather. Overal really recommend this apartment for a trip to NYC.

Kristine was very communicative and the air bnb was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The location is AMAZING. The local library has free classes for kids and everything is walking distance. Plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants in town. Thank you so much to our host. Highly recommend for anyone wanting have a weekend getaway or long term stay.

Kimberly welcomed me whan I arrived and helped me with parking. I was given a tour and was thrilled with this accommodation! It was bright, minimalistic yet had everything I needed and other things I might have forgotten. A variety of coffees and teas were available, not to mention some snacks. I was impressed! It was just how I wanted my stay to be: quiet, clean and comfortable! I slept very well there. My only regret is I didn't have enough time to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. When I come to visit after my new great nephew arrives, this will be my first choice in the area!

Para empezar, el departamento es hermoso, limpio y espacioso, la ubicación es muy buena, barrio tranquilo y transporte público que te lleva a Manhattan directo. Mignon es muy cordial, respetuosa y preocupada por sus huéspedes, estando siempre a disposición cuando uno la necesita. Estoy muy feliz de haber podido disfrutar gracias a lo cómoda que me sentí en este lugar. Si vuelvo a esta ciudad, sin duda contactaría nuevamente a esta excelente anfitriona.

I loved my stay here with my boyfriend. It’s a wonderful place for two people and potentially a small family. It’s a quiet community and it’s a walkable neighborhood. The apartment was clean and as pictured. You will stay right in front a police station so safety isn’t as much of a concern here. I would recommend renting this Airbnb and I plan on using it in the future.

Excellent place to stay at. Truly luxurious with modern fixtures and appliances. Very clean and neat with tasteful decor. Great view in the winter, extremely peaceful and private. Driveway definitely requires AWD due to ice and snow in the winter. Tons of towels and toiletries provided. Patti and Bob were so helpful and courteous. Many great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Very knowledgeable on the local trails. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

My friends and I were looking forward a relaxing weekend getaway and we found it! This house has incredible amenities with ample space for a large group. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and the projector in the basement allowed us to have a home theater!

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

Great stay again! Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the city!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Maritza’s place. She was very responsive and proactive in sending us the instructions to the house. The house was very clean and homey. The amenities were as described & it had enough space for everyone . I went with 5 other of my friends & there was enough sleeping space. The neighborhood itself is safe & we had no safety concerns. We had a wonderful stay & a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again if ever we are back in Connecticut!

We had a lovely stay at this property during a weekend trip to Kingston. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 1 dog. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and all amenities mentioned in the listing were available. There were some minor signs of normal wear and tear throughout the home but nothing that interfered with our comfort. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was VERY clean, full stocked with all of the needed essentials and in a great location right by the ski slope. Both the bed and pull-out coach were SUPER comfortable. All instructions were super clear, and the recommendations were perfect. Thank you for letting us stay at your place, we love Mountain Creek!

Great place! Easy to check in and enjoyed the heated garage. It was super convenient to get to the room as well.

My children and I had a wonderful time! The unit was immaculate, the views were lovely, and there was plenty to do at the hotel. Paul was the best host! We had a car issue and had to extend our stay. He was polite, quick to respond, accommodating, and he took excellent care of us whenever we had any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.
