Excellent stay and so close to everything. Easy check in and clear communication made everything seamless. Would recommend staying again. Only thing we did not use was the hot tub as we were unsure when it was cleaned or maintained last. All else was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect beach unit for our family including two young children. The team was very responsive when we arrived and were cold (we are from Queensland and visited in your winter season) they promptly brought us extra heaters which did the trick. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend going in the off season like we did was very quiet. The Hahei township was a quick walk away and we went in with the kids for Brekky and dinner etc. Highly recommend.

Perfect little batch, very easy walk to the beach and a close bike ride or drive to shops, cafes, and handy to the Mount. We had everything we needed here and would stay again.

I loved the Rose Cottage - it felt like a peaceful nature retreat, yet it was so close to the city and the amenities it brings. Gabrielle is a wonderful host and provided a list of things to do in Tauranga and their favourite spots in the area.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The house was lovely, spacious, and conveniently located to many different things. Samantha was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the hot tub each night we stayed. Very relaxing getaway! We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can, the next time we visit the area!

loved our stay! such a cool place, the attention to detail, the outdoor baths, the firepit, everything! the kids loved the games provided and the cats that came to say hello. super close to everything, yet tucked away with a nice secluded bush feel. was equipt with everything we needed plus more.

My whanau and I enjoyed a beautiful Easter weekend away. It was lovely to tuck away into this tranquil haven after a day of being out and about. The sun pours in making it easy to relax with a book and the spa was a real hit. Peter was very accomodating to our needs and I appreciated that. The car was also a massive bonus for exploring. Recommend going to the top of the hill for sunset and enjoying the tui banter in the morning. Great for a close family weekend mission. Thank you for sharing.

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for our mini-moon! From the moment we arrived, we were in love—gorgeous flower gardens, dreamy hydrangeas, and the most charming vintage decor that was so our vibe. Every little detail was thoughtful and welcoming. Our small dog, Hazel, was just as happy as we were, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and exploring the garden. It felt like a cosy, romantic escape while still having all the comforts of home. We truly didn’t want to leave! Love, love, love—would stay again in a heartbeat! 💕✨🐾

We didn't meet our host Alexei as he was away but everything was ready for us and cosy, clean and comfortable with the sound of the stream and birdsong - so peaceful. We loved it.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Airbnb. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind sehr schön und man kann auch ohne weiteres zu Fuß zum Strand gehen. Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben☺️ Wendy war zudem sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen ☺️

Great airbnb for my little family to stay in. Very close to the shops, cafe and bar. We could walk to the beach, super close and convenient to the small town. It was very cosy, had all the things we needed even Netflix on a rainy day. Overall, it was A++ ! Thank you for having us

A Peaceful and Authentic Farm Stay Experience with two great hosts either stunning night skies. Our stay at Sunday Country Cabin was truly magical! The peaceful countryside setting provided the perfect escape from city life. The cozy accommodations and warm hospitality from Gary & Michael made us feel right at home. Apart from the stunning views and absolute calmness, this place also provides a great flexibility to visit Rotorua and Tauranga both in a single day, which is of course a cherry on top. Nights were especially breathtaking—calm, quiet, and perfect for stargazing. With no city lights around, the sky lit up beautifully, making for an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a serene retreat with stunning night views, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

What a fabulous wee place to stay and in such a lovely and peaceful setting. This place had everything we needed and felt warm and inviting. Highly recommend.

This house is across the street from the beautiful, long, sand Papamoa beach! Also walking distance to restaurants and surf board rentals and lessons! we loved loved loved the house. It has beautiful old wood floors, a claw foot tub, and lots of antique details. It also has front and rear decks - wonderful for outside dining - we had breakfast in the front in the sun, and dinner at the nice table in the back. We will stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful and couldn't give Kerries home anything less than 5 stars. From the stunning entry, beautiful decor, quiet location and delicious contine tal breakfast. We had a great stay and look forward to staying again. Really quiet, loved being able to sleep with the windows open and hear the waves at the beach. The cottage was spotless, beds were comfortable, lovely and private. The grounds are lovely. Ferry Landing is just gorgeous. There is a really strong feeling of a small friendly community. Very very safe place to stay. I'm besotted with the ferry, only a two minute easy walk down the road, jump on and pay on board ($8 return) and you are over in Whitianga within ten minutes. The ferry runs every 10 minutes. Thanks so much for the warm welcome and great holiday John.

Delwyn's bach is so lovely. We felt right at home. The homemade bread and breakfast was delicious and a nice treat. The location is good, about 15 minutes away from the central Tauranga area - just tucked away enough to feel like a proper escape. Delwyn is very friendly, helpful and overall an amazing host.

Our stay at the bach was a balm for the soul. Days unfolded in a tranquil rhythm, spent entirely on the sun-drenched deck, where the only sounds were the gentle lapping of the tide and the occasional cry of a seagull. Evenings brought a cozy warmth as we gathered by the crackling fire, the sea's lullaby a constant, soothing backdrop. The bach itself was a haven of peace, a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. We explored the shoreline with leisurely walks, the salty air invigorating our senses. The provided water toys added a playful dimension, turning the sea into our personal playground. The proximity to local restaurants meant we could indulge in fresh seafood and local delicacies without venturing far. Each meal was a delight, made even more special by the friendly, welcoming nature of the locals. Their warmth and genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay, making us feel truly at home. It's a place where time slows down, and memories are made.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this very lovely modern cottage. Very comfortable cottage with epic deck space. Can recommend highly to others.

Absolutely perfect base for a family holiday, walking distance to hot water beach. We loved everything about this beautiful bach and would definitely be happy to re book! The vernition blinds in the bathroom need looking at as they didn't operate and makes it tricky in the evening with the lights on. otherwise a great stay with plenty of space
