I had a fantastic stay in Long Beach! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect—close to great restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. Ami was communicative and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

We only stayed two nights as a quick recovery after Disney, and the place worked great for our family of 4. Lots of great restaurants nearby and the beach was about a 10 minute walk. Easy to find, had every amenity we could have needed, and the parking spot was a plus.

We booked this location last minute. Hank and Kimberlyanna were quick to respond and give us access to the property. Perfect location! Beach is right across the street. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. House has a good vibe. Comfortable and cozy. Livingroom opens up to patio with a beautiful view! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun, walkable location.

Can’t beat this amazing beach front location in Belmont Shore. The views from the living room, master bedroom and back patio will leave you mesmerized and make it hard to leave the home. Luckily the neighborhood is so quaint with walking paths on both sides of the peninsula that you will want to enjoy a morning stroll, if not a run on the beach. The house is so roomy that we could comfortably fit our extended family without anyone tripping over each other. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make sure we immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Nice little spot, overall it's a good option since its on the cheaper side of what else you might find beachfront with 3 beds 3 baths in the area. View is unbeatable and walk to everything you need. Management is very helpful and responsive to address any concerns. You're renting this house for the location, not an "updated/designer" interior. I would stay here again.

Fantastic host! Stocked the fridge with water and left us some fruit and chocolate for our arrival. Gave us early check in and late checkout. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The upstairs bathrooms even have bidets. Would 100% stay again. The only negative worth mentioning is the house is on a main road so there was car noise audible in the mornings. But that's the trade off for being directly across from the beach entrance.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

Great place to stay with the family. The place matched the description well. Very convenient location. Less than a block from the sand and walkable to all the restaurants. Just far enough from the nightlife to not be bothered by the noise from that. Sanjay was a responsive host, answered any questions very timely.

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

I could not say enough about my stay here. It was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for them letting us use the Airbnb and everything they did to make my stay nothing short of perfect. 10/10 I recommend this.

Location, location, location! We needed a place on the beach with no stairs and all one level. This place was so easy to access and it was right in the beach! Walked right out in the expansive patio and enjoyed incredible sunsets!

Beautiful place to relax and have fun. Look forward to the visit every year. Best way to do Catalina is at Blake’s. I’ve stayed at many properties all over Catalina and this property is definitely me and my family’s favorite. Blake is always a great host and I look forward to spending time at his property every year.

Loved the place!!! I felt it was a just as I expected! The only thing that could have been better was the pull out bed —- a bit firm.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiffanys lovely home for our anniversary. The unobstructed ocean views are truly amazing from this unit! Very peaceful setting on corner (with easy stairs access) so balcony felt private. The bed is also super comfortable for a tranquil good rest. And the kitchen was a great bonus to use when we preferred to dine in. Also the host had great communication & hospitality. A good stay overall. Looking forward to returning again someday. Thanks!

Maya’s place was awesome! It was walkable to great restaurants and the beach, and Maya was helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend! We'd stay at Trevor's place again in a heartbeat! The views are absolutely incredible. The unit is super nice—way better than the photos. It's very clean and nice with ocean views out every window (and from both beds!). Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook dinner and grill out each night. We stayed for 5 nights and our kids slept on the pull-out couch (the living room has black out blinds). They loved the pool, hot tub, and golf cart rides. The golf cart does have seatbelts so we were able to secure our car seat easily. We love Catalina and staying in Hamilton Cove really takes it up about ten notches! You just can't beat the panoramic views and pool and hot tub on the ocean. It was super easy to hail a cab from the dock and call to get one to pick us up and take us back to the boat. 1000% recommend! Trevor is also super responsive if you have any questions!
