Excelente lugar para descansar o teletrabajar. Lugar con bonita vista y mucha tranquilidad, y unas habitaciones de lujo con todo lo necesario para pasarla bien y descansar. Desde sus cómodas camas, aire acondicionado, una pequeña cocina equipada, una hermosa terraza. Y todas las amenidades ofrecidas y más. incluyendo un delicioso desayuno. Lo cual mejora con la excelente atención y servicio del anfitrión.

Had a wonderful stay at Açai Waterfront casita. Christie & Patrick are responsive hosts and answered all our questions. The location is perfect, just walk across the street to a beautiful beach! The kitchenette had what we needed. The bathroom shower was amazing. Rain shower head and open air was just perfect! Highly recommend this lovely place. I hope to come back again someday.

First we were a bit worried by the previous rather negative reviews, but it was totally fine after all. The couch had been repaired and the pots and pans are new. The place is quite remote and the driveway really long and steep, so we totally recommend to have a good car (ideally 4x4). With the remoteness comes a lot of wildlife - we saw so many birds, two types of monkeys and other animals right next to the perch. We brought good binoculars, which made it even better. Later on we did a jungle tour on the Osa peninsula and we were astounded by how many animals we already had seen on the perch in Pavones. The place is quite small. We looked at the pictures again and they don’t give a wrong impression, but for whatever reason we had expected a bigger place. Not the hosts fault. Looking back on our trip to Costa Rica, our stay at the Bird Perch was definitely a high light!

Great place to rest at night and between surf sessions. Big clean rooms, fairly quiet, good ac, and friendly staff. As with any other bnb, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Alquilamos un mes, por razones imprevistas salimos unos días antes. Nos encanta estar ahí, es la segunda vez que vamos, y esperamos volver. Es un paraíso! Vi las Orcas falsas mientras pescaba en la orilla. Son impresionantes!

Rick and Lori's is the perfect getaway spot, right on the beautiful and usually empty Playa Zancudo with lots of amenities within a short distance, shop, bar, and restaurant. They were very helpful, providing lists of numbers for all your needs in the local area. The apartment is perfect for 2 or 3 and the place is a tranquil oasis with amazing natural beauty on view straight from the balcony.

Arnold was an awesome host. Not much surf but, he kept us entertained! Thank you Arnold!
