My friends and I had a great weekend at Nicholas’ Air BnB! He was very helpful initially when I had a few questions when booking, and was responsive to all questions we had during our trip. The place was very clean and exactly how it was described. It was somewhat small, but perfect for what we wanted, and had 7 beds plus a large couch so definitely for us comfortably. Would definitely book again!

Great stay! The place is exactly as described and everything went smoothly.

We have visited Skaneatles Lake for many years. Some family accommodations, some friends and some rentals. We have always enjoyed ourselves because we meet with old friends and family. As usual the lake was very clean and chilly. Weather was great. Lots of steps and steep grade to the beach area. But we had a friend who was able to borrow a golf cart. We used that to help access the beach and the neighborhood. The cottage was very nice, 3 stories with a wrap around deck. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. We are senior citizens so we had trouble figuring out the TV, but we did. Would recommend this place but plan on dealing with the steep grade.

Lauren and Mikes place was the perfect spot for my mom’s 95th birthday celebration. Nice open floor plan and lots of space for my family to get together and visit. Hosts were quick to respond to any communications needed. Will definitely book with them again, hopefully when it’s warmer

Melanie’s home is beautiful! The view of the lake and deck out the backyard offer instant peace and relaxation. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, and the bedrooms and living spaces cozy and comfortable. Melanie communicated promptly and was very kind. We would love to return someday soon!

Very charming house with everything we needed. However the most amazing part of our stay was the lakefront. Such a special place!! Large grass area with many chairs, beautiful view, easy access to the lake and all the kayaks and SUPs we needed!

Calli's house was PERFECT! Very clean and exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!!

If i could give Alicias place 100 stars i would. It is tucked away in a nice quiet area! The place had such a cozy feel and anything you could possibly need was there. It was immaculately clean!! The linens on the bed were wonderful as well! I wished i could have stayed longer! I hope to visit this place again!

“An exceptional retreat with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to actually cook, and the thoughtful design extends to the outdoor patio, where we enjoyed using the grill. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—attentive and welcoming—and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the entertainment district. I stayed here with my 13-year-old twins, and we found it to be incredibly quiet and peaceful. We’re truly grateful for such a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end stay.

Only there for a quick over-nite stay for a memorial for a friend. Ann and Frank built this Air b'n'b purposefully into the lower level of their home when they built it. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Step out the door to the view of the pond and beautiful countryside. 10 minute drive to quaint county seat of Norwich , NY. with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, etc. Easy drives to Cooperstown baseball Hall of Fame or Ithaca (Finger Lakes, Cornell University.) We lived in the area for 30 years before moving south to be closer to our grandchildren. It was nice to be "home."

We felt very comfortable at Arnaud's place. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything I needed in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room was magically there, not to mention the fresh eggs. Both Arnaud and Dave were very responsive to all of my questions and friendly. We loved the hot tub as much as our puppy loved the beautiful and fully fenced in yard. My 7yo daughter loved scootering down street to an ice cream place, as well as to a park with a playground. I wished I had my bike on me since Finger Lakes Trail was just a short walk away. It was a great stay.

Outstanding host with key features for an elegant and relaxing weekend with the partner. The coffee machine was stocked and ready. Lots of generous perfume and cologne for us to try from Heather. Awesome stay would come again !!

Stayed for a week, great place with beautiful natural light. Was able to cook a few nights. Strong Wi-Fi for work. Walking distance to anything you may need and just a quick drive to the finger lakes. Highly recommend

We needed a place to stay not too far from Cornell University so this place offered everything we needed. Very happy with the outcome and Jean was a great host who provided very clear instructions about her place. Will definitely stay again！！

I had a lovely stay at Charlene's beautiful house with my husband and 1.5 yr daughter. The space was exactly as described and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. We especially appreciated Charlene setting up the travel crib for us ahead of time! The view from the back of the house and it was close enough to town for us to easily pick up dinner.

My Group and I had an absolute blast here. Host was available during the entire trip, and was super friendly!! We had a long drive so our arrival time was a little later than expected. Shelly really went the extra mile making sure the home was ready for our arrival. 10/10 Would recommend staying here. We will return!

Nancy’s cottage was perfect for our little family of 4. We enjoyed card games on the back porch, meals al fresco w a beautiful lake view, and of course roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at sunset. The cottage was intimate and cozy and we hope to return on a regular basis. Thank you Nancy for being inviting and more than accommodating.

What an enchanting little cabin! I'm so taken by the secluded location and scenery. It was such a a joy to turn into the forest and be welcomed by the sight of the cabin after my work assignment. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends + family!

I stayed in a room, the cabin was muddy due to renovations on the property. The room was just like a hotel room with a bed alarm clock private bathroom ect. It echoed in the room and didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave as the cabin. But it was an ok deal for last minute booking.

Kelly was very easy to work with and The communication was wonderful. We enjoyed a great stay with friends and felt very comfortable in the home.

We had an amazing time at Eshay’s Cabin. It’s in a lovely location. Close to all the beautiful swimming holes and Georges in Ithaca. We will definitely be back. Thank you Eshay.
