Lucindas apartment was lovely. It was beautifully decorated with very nice furniture. Very comfortable and spacious. We were able to enjoy the roof top terrace which was very nice. Lucinda was very helpful with a lot of local recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing and things to do Evora is a small and friendly city with easy walking. We would love to go back.

Séjour de 5 jours. Logement très agréable avec un super extérieur aménagé. Piscine au top. Très propre et spacieux pour notre famille de 4. Tout confort et très bien équipé. Hôte très réactif et agréable. Accueillis par Annibal qui est très serviable et adorable. Une région riche en visites et lacs aménagés pour la baignade. Très bon séjour même si effectivement les cloches de l'église pourraient perturber mais on s'y habitue!

Augusta and João were pleasant and open hosts during my stay with them. I felt very welcome. The surroundings were peaceful. And the neighbours, mostly in the form of sheep, were friendly and yes, some of them very cute. The accommodation was clean, equipped and nicely decorated. Augusta, João and their chickens were kind enough to gift me some delicious eggs for breakfast. All and all a recommended place to stay.

A nossa estadia correu bem, a casa era muito acolhedora e era tal e qual as fotos. Fomos recebidos com pão, uma garrafa de vinho e azeitonas que eram muitos bons. Zona calma ideal para descansar, com um excelente pátio para fazer refeições ao ar livre e não esquecendo do jacuzzi. A dona Maria foi muito amável, fomos muito bem recebidos. Muito obrigado por esta agradável estadia.

We had a lovely stay at Joaquim’s place. It is a large studio space (possibly a former dance studio?), with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the swimming pool and it was so welcome in the heat. Joaquim was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and also provided good information on Moura. The supermarkets are conveniently close at hand, and everything in the town is walking distance. We tried a couple of restaurants - Vermulhudo and André’s - both really good with a lively atmosphere. We climbed to the top of the tower at the castle, had a boat trip at the Alqueva dam, visited the oil press museum and generally enjoyed Moura which is very pretty. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back.

Danielle and I really enjoyed our stay in Carlos and Isabel guesthouse. A few things immediately come to mind when reviewing their guesthouse, like the cleanliness of the house and the beautiful decor. Clearly all of the amenities have been well thought out to make you feel at home and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use their swimming pool. One minor suggestion would be to add a streaming service with the TV. We found Carlos to be friendly and very attentive to our needs during our stay. The location is rural, but only a short 5 minute drive to the city of Évora. There are a couple of small villages within a few minutes drive. In fact Danielle and I enjoyed one of our favourite Portuguese meals in the village of Valverde.

Es la segunda vez que quedamos aquí. El piso es precioso, uno de los mejores Airbnb que hemos usado. Tiene de todo, hasta los detalles que no esperas como un cepillo de dientes o jabón para la lavadora. Veronica responde super rápido a cualquier pregunta y es muy amable. La zona es ideal, llegas a todo sitio fácilmente. Tenía que tele trabajar un par de días y fue un lujo trabajar allí.

Pedro’s home is absolutely beautiful. We felt right at home, quiet, well appointed and located in one of the more easier places to find in Evora. We had everything we needed - amenities, cleanliness and he was available to answer questions quickly.

Very spacious and well appointed. It was plenty big enough for our party of four adults. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, but only a short walk from restaurants and stores. The outdoor space off the living room has very comfortable furniture and the views of the neighborhood and churches was great. The apartment has been very tastefully remodeled and is definitely very well managed.

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

We loved our stay . The modern and new Airbnb is centrally located. You can walk to every tourist attraction and restaurant in 3 to 7 mins ! Could not be better! Loved the outdoor patio too . Private and relaxing. Highly recommend! Book it!

Fantastic walking distance to all the sights of Evora. Comfortable beds. Great to have parking space. Pasteleria below was great for breakfast!

Casa exatamente como descrita no anúncio, recomendo! Todos os quartos equipados com Ar Condicionado, TV e Casa de Banho. Cozinha totalmente equipada e moderna. Pátio partilhado com piscina. Certamente uma experiência a voltar a repetir em breve!

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay. The house very special. Susana met us at check in. She was very warm and welcoming and showed us around. The space is huge! The outdoor spaces are filled with sunshine, beautiful nooks to sit and relax, an outdoor shower, comfortable patio furniture, and the inside is nice and cool and clean. She decorated it in such a beautiful way. She has thought of every detail. We wish we could have moved in. It’s right in town, so we could head out and go to the shops, and then walk back and be in the comfort of home within minutes. Thank you for a very memorable and absolutely magical stay!
