Pedro’s home is absolutely beautiful. We felt right at home, quiet, well appointed and located in one of the more easier places to find in Evora. We had everything we needed - amenities, cleanliness and he was available to answer questions quickly.

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

Alles bestens. In der letzten Nacht haben die Gäste über uns eine Party gefeiert, das hat uns etwas den Schlaf geraubt wofür Viktor aber nichts kann. Top Lage im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Für vier Erwachsene absolut ausreichender Platz.

We had a little difficulty finding the apartment, but probably due to the Google maps changing directions mid way. A wonderful place that was super quiet. The breakfast was outstanding and the Lady that delivered it was very special. She also helped us get to our car, again Google was pointing us in the wrong direction. A great place to stay in an unbelievable historic city.

We loved our stay . The modern and new Airbnb is centrally located. You can walk to every tourist attraction and restaurant in 3 to 7 mins ! Could not be better! Loved the outdoor patio too . Private and relaxing. Highly recommend! Book it!

A casa está muito bem localizada, mesmo no centro da cidade. A casa não é muito grande mas o espaço da propriedade é muito agradável, com uma piscina muito simpática, um bar junto à mesma, cadeiras, mesinhas e música. Na casa tem um caixote do lixo para a reciclagem, o que não é muito comum e vale por isso o destaque. Gostamos das toalhas extra :) Para alem disso, fomos surpreendidos com um pequeno almoço muito bom e pessoas muito muito simpáticas. Foi uma paragem muito agradável, recomendamos.

Jorge is very responsible, he gave full information about the small and cozy house, the location of the house is very good and close to everything, He is very responsible and if there is a problem, he is responsive. I am very satisfied with my choice.

We enjoyed our stay. The building has been well refurbished. Good quality furniture and fittings throughout. It was very quiet with good view of the green scenery and birdsong. There was secure parking behind a gate. Comfortable beds. Quite well equipped kitchen. There is no swimming pool but a small (above ground) pool was provided. Places of interest include Monsaraz, the Alqueva reservoir (we took a boat trip), Mourao, and the Observatory (sadly it was raining when we visited).

Obrigado ao senhor Manuel e ao Senhor João por receber-nos na casa Guadiana, estava tudo perfeito, desde o check-in ate ao check-out. Não tenho nada de negativo a apontar do serviço dos mesmo. A casa parecia muito maior em pessoa do que nas fotos :)

Loved this spot, and the apartment was tastefully decorated and very modern. We loved the special touches in design and the solidity of the building. The castle was close by and in a very quaint town. We recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the area. Thanks you ana and Antonio!

A nossa estadia correu bem, a casa era muito acolhedora e era tal e qual as fotos. Fomos recebidos com pão, uma garrafa de vinho e azeitonas que eram muitos bons. Zona calma ideal para descansar, com um excelente pátio para fazer refeições ao ar livre e não esquecendo do jacuzzi. A dona Maria foi muito amável, fomos muito bem recebidos. Muito obrigado por esta agradável estadia.

Rita’s home is stunning. The kitchen is perfect for whatever you need from just stocking snacks to cooking a full meal (which we did). The beds were all very comfortable with wonderful linens, extra pillows and additional duvets in the closet. The bathroom is very well done and has very soft towels and the shower had great pressure. The ambiance of the entire home is amazing with the fireplace, the loft, the kitchen overlooking the living room - we could not have asked for more! Rita is an attentive host and is very quick to respond to any question or concerns. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Beja.
