Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Cosenza

Mycket trevlig hus 4 minuter med bil till ett av Italiens vackraste stränder och 15 minuter till fina Tropea byn. Huset ligger även bara några steg ifrån ett underbart utsikt till havet. Huset stämmer bra med beskrivningen och trädgården är husets hjärta , där tillbringade jag och mina vänner, 8 personer totalt, många trevliga timmar tillsammans. Rekomderas. Vi fick oturligt lite problem med elen och AC första dagen, men ägarna var snabba och hjälpte oss .

We had a lovely stay at Emilia's home- we received a warm welcome and were given great recommendations on places to visit and activities nearby. We hope to return to Emilia's home in the future so that we can visit even more hidden gems of Calabria.

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Casetta veramente incantevole. Una vera casa in montagna. Siamo stati persino fortunati che ha nevicato e la casetta è diventata ancora più suggestiva. Gianluca è stato molto gentile e ospitale e ci ha fornito ogni tipo di comfort e indicazione per poterci godere il weekend. Pulita, attrezzata bene, non mancava niente. È stato veramente un bellissimo soggiorno. Lo consiglio e spero di tornarci presto!

Il posto è splendido! Noi siamo stati in questa villetta per una parte del nostro viaggio di nozze) La casa è intera, non è un appartamento. La terrazza con una vista fantastica era tutta solo per noi. Quindi, è molto tranquillo, in alto e vicino ci sono ristoranti dove si mangia da Dio! A casa c'è di tutto, il custode di casa signor Pino è gentilissimo, qualsiasi cosa si può risolvere con lui. Ci ha trovato anche il dentista per il mio marito, che in primi giorni come l'uomo sposato aveva problemi con il dente))) C'è anche il giardino dove ho trovato qualche limone e sono buonissimi! Il mare li è stupendo! A volte cambia il colore e diventa fosforescente, è bellissimo da vederlo e anche da sopra si vede perfettamente e si sente il rumore del mare! Vedere I tramonti da casa è molto romantico! Il posto è da tornare e da consigliare!

La maison est spacieuse et confortable, idéalement située au coeur de la vieille ville, dans un écrin de verdure. Très calme. Francesca nous a très bien accueilli. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

Tolles Haus auf einem Hügel, WIFI zum arbeiten hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Vittorio ist ein toller Gastgeber und ist stets bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Wir bestellten 1x ein Dinner, Vittorio servierte uns ein fantastisches Abendessen. Weiters bekamen wir bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wein und zum Abschied noch selbstgemachte Nduja. Jeden Tag gab's obendrauf noch frische Cornetti zum Frühstück. Grazie Vittorio!

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

My girlfriend and me were for the first time in Lamezia Terme. It was a very short visit in this beautiful city. The accomondation was great. The checkin was very smooth and hassle free. The communication between us and the host made our uncertain arrival at the accomodation very smooth. We were welcomed very nicely by the father of the host (Antonio). The accomodation in itself was kept very very clean and organised. This all made our stay so easy and uncomplicated. Even the recommendations given for dinner were great. Our suggestion is to pre-book in advance for dinner given that Lamezia Terme definitely has a good night life too and can be crowded. To summarise, the flexibility of the host and the hospitality made our short stay very memorable. All in all worth recommending- Super host!

Catia ist eine besonders aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt im selben Haus im Erdgeschoß und hilft mit Rat und Tat. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

Siamo tornati con piacere da Alessandro. Host sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti nelle risposte. L'immobile vanta una posizione strategica (a due passi dalla via principale, ma al contempo riparata e tranquilla) e spazi ben divisi e comodi anche per 4 persone. Alcune piccole migliorie, già suggerite, sarebbero tuttavia utili per valorizzarlo senza snaturarne lo stile rustico che lo contraddistingue. Apprezzatissima la disponibilità dei servizi essenziali (federe, lenzuola e asciugamani), che non tutti offrono in zona.

l'alloggio ha soddisfatto i miei requisiti: a piedi in spiaggia (4 minuti in piano a piedi), spiaggia pubblica sabbiosa e poco affollata (molto lunga e larga, ultime due di luglio con zone "deserte", anche se ci sono 2/3 lidi), mare bello (acqua tiepida e pulita come a tropea o a zambrone) parcheggio comodo (di fianco all'appartamento), letti comodi e spazio esterno per lasciare le cose del mare. comunicazione ottima con il proprietario. rapporto qualità/prezzo (visto i prezzi del preriodo) ragionevole. migliorabile? come in molti casi, un pò di attenzione al mobilio e alle attrezzature (stoviglie..) renderebbe l'ambiente più curato e funzionale. Unica pecca, eventualmente, è che alla seconda camera si accede passando dalla prima.

Elvira è una persona cordiale, disponibile e precisa nelle comunicazioni. La casa è accogliente, funzionale e ben attrezzata. Il posto è tranquillo e vicino ai servizi.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Le logement de Lucilla est absolument incroyable . Vous êtes littéralement subjugués par la vue sur la mer. La terrasse est la pépite de la maison. La maison a été récemment rénovée, les fenêtres et volets sont tous neufs et les moustiquaires étaient très utiles (bien qu'en avril nous avons eu qq désagréments avec les moustiques !). Les clims réversibles sont aussi supers et toutes neuves. Nous avons eu quelques soucis mineurs avec des problèmes électriques récurrents mais Lucilla a toujours été réactive . La douche mériterait également d’être un tout petit peu plus grande :) Comme décrit dans l’annonce Vous pouvez accéder à une plage par la terrasse (marche + escalade de rochers). Nous avons réussi à le faire avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 8 ans Nous vous recommandons de visiter Tropea, la place de Pizzo et ses ruelles et l incroyable vue de Scilla. La calabre a été une magnifique découverte ! Merci encore

‌Aurelio è un host eccezionale: fin dalla prenotazione si è dimostrato disponibile e cordiale, offrendoci suggerimenti e consigli su come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza in Calabria. La casa è molto grande, gode di un bel panorama sulla vallata sottostante, ha un ampio giardino con pergola e zona barbecue. Le stanze sono grandi e ben arieggiate. All'interno è possibile trovare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (attrezzi da cucina, lavatrice, phon, asciugamani etc.). È possibile usufruire di due bagni con doccia + una doccia esterna. La pace e la tranquillità regnano ed al contempo è possibile rilassarsi in giardino o raggiungere in poco tempo i paesini o alcune delle spiagge più belle. È un buon punto di appoggio per trascorrere le vacanze al mare, ma senza rinunciare al fresco della montagna.

From start to finish, Cristian was a fantastic host! We really enjoyed our stay at his beautiful villa, and we definately want to come back. The villa has incredible views and Tropea was such a lovely city. Cristian was very helpful with giving us flexible check-in and nice local recommendations for both beaches and restaurants. We felt like Cristian went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We didn’t use the pool area much, as we wanted to explore the different beaches, but it did not feel crowded even though the pool is shared with the other 9-10 apartments in the complex.

La Casetta è l’alloggio ideale sia per famiglie che, come nel nostro caso, per una vacanza tra amici. Perfetto per chi viaggia insieme al proprio cane, dispone di un grande giardino curato e recintato. La casa è fornita di tutto ciò che risulta necessario per il soggiorno. Annunziata è stata un host disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato consigli utili per visitare la zona ed è stata sempre puntuale nelle comunicazioni. Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità e a presto!

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

La maison d'Anthony est très propre, bien équipée , décorée avec goût et nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances en famille ( nous étions 7 de 60 à 16 ans) . Le jardin est idyllique, les fruitiers et aromates à disposition. Le quartier est calme et à 300 m, on peut trouver commerces,restaurants, bars et autres pour sortir et faire la fête. Les plages sont belles et très proches ( 2 minutes à pied).La maison est également très bien isolée et la climatisation efficace. Anthony est très accueillant et aime partager les bonnes adresses de sa région, il a été très réactif à nos demandes. Nous recommandons cette belle maison et y reviendrons sûrement.

Our stay went very well despite us missing our flight the first night and me losing my luggage for the night. Gabriella was kind by lending me a few outfits until my luggage arrived. We had lunch ready for us as well. Half way through our stay, it was cleaned for us. Gabriella helped arrange for transportation to and from airport as well as a local tour guide. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The few times we had questions, they were answered and managed promptly. Thank you again for everything you did for us. We really enjoyed our stay.
