Bali in Bouldin is a Tulum-inspired retreat in one of Austin's most walkable neighborhoods, minutes from Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, and South Congress. Studio SoCo is a one room studio with full shower bath and kitchenette. The two twin beds can be separate or pushed together by request. In the kitchenette there is a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. The 45" Smart Tv has cable and internet access. Just a note before your stay, we recently acquired new neighbors. You may encounter, on any given weekend night, the sounds of college age festivities. Most nights are quite but there can be some unexpected noise from time to time.

The SoCo (South Congress) Cottage Collection 3 is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, one block off South Congress. It is free standing studio (no shared walls), boasting a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, a full (nicely updated!) bathroom, and your own private front door entry with a keypad. The space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed, and is an excellent place to call home while you're in town!

We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
