Sitting on the balcony in the morning, sipping a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise. If you come in the right season, you can sit on the balcony and see whales cruising in the sea not far away spewing out gouts of water. Just go downstairs and enjoy the comfort of walking barefoot on the beach and letting the sand kiss your toes. Very convenient location to everything.

Las Olas Amazing views In Front Of Great Surf

Stay on the beach in San Jose del Cabo! Within steps of the sand, our newly renovated surf condo located within in the property called "Las Olas" overlooks the sparkling Sea of Cortez. PLEASE MESSAGE ME before booking stays between August 1st-October 15th. This is the annual period of time every year when our HOA allows remodels & repairs to the condos on our property. There could be potential for some noise Mon-Fri during normal business hours. No work will be done in our condo.
