L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Francesca's beautiful apartment. The location is absolutely stunning - right on the beach front in a beautiful area of Sardinia, close to a lighthouse and fabulous swimming areas. The size of the apartment suited us perfectly - we are a family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) - and the overall apartment set-up (comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area), suited us great. We had some wonderful evenings playing cards, listening to music, while the sound of the sea was literally outside of our windows. Francesca is an excellent host - very communicative, proactive and helpful throughout - with some great local recommendations. We couldn't recommend it more highly! My wife and I also feel that it would be a fantastic destination for a couple...so next time we will travel without the kids ;-). Thank you again Francesca for a wonderful stay!

Wie hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der sehr netten Wohnung von Valentina. Der Blick vom Balkon ist super und innerhalb weniger Gwhminuten ist man am Strand. Aktuell ist der Strand in der Besucheranzahl limitiert - man sollte versuchen vorher Tickets (3,50€/Person&Tag) zu buchen. Das Zentrum von Santa Teresa ist ebenso schnell und gut zu erreichen. Besonders hat uns auch die Gastfreundschaft von Valentina gefallen. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung war mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt - danke nochmal dafür!

Ich hab gar nichts auszusetzen. Francesca war superfreundlich, hat uns viele tolle Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt in Sardinien mitgegeben und stand die ganze Zeit im Chat zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern - hier lässt es sich wirklich sehr gut aushalten! Nicht weit zum Strand und eine echt große Auswahl an Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft. Alles einwandfrei ☺️

The place is really nice, very clean, terrace is amazing :) we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, we parked on the street and there was no problem to find parking spot anytime, we could use the bikes. we really enjoyed our stay :)

Alloggio molto confortevole, curato nei dettagli, super attrezzato, pulito e tutto ben organizzato, dall’accoglienza al check out. Ilaria disponibile e non invadente.

La casa è ben situata, a qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicina ai servizi necessari, per esempio un minimarket, un bar e dei ristoranti, proprio accanto. Se si è a piedi, come nel mio caso, da Olbia si arriva in bus con un cambio a Siniscola, la Caletta e Posada, i centri più vicini, sono raggiungibili in bus, 25 minuti a piedi per la Caletta. La veranda fuori è piacevole, l'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che è indicato nell'annuncio.. Ero sola, ho soggiornato qui per 9 giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene. Luna è stata accogliente e disponibile per le indicazioni. Mi piacerebbe ritornare e stare più a lungo. Grazie di tutto!

Wir waren zu sechst und hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Haus von Davide. Die Lage war einfach Top und der Blick von der Terasse wunderschön. Der Ort und alles was man brauchte war in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder noch etwas benötigten, war Davide direkt zur Stelle. Wie gesagt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

El alojamiento de Nicolo es tal cual lo describe. Tuvimos una estancia muy buena. La zona es ideal por la cercanía a los principales puntos de interés de la zona (playas, restaurantes, bares, etc.) Sin dudas, repetiremos.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Ein toller Rückzugsort mit einem gigantischen Sportpool und einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Privatstrand.

We had a lovely stay. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets were all within minutes of the property. We were 4 adults and a teenager and there was plenty of space for us all. The garden and pool area were absolutely fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. They were always spot on. We rented a car and found it easy to park and reach more of the island. Very accesible location to main spots. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future. Notre séjour a été très agréable dans la maison de Paola, nous avons tout ce qu’il faut à disposition dans la maison… Jouets de plage pour les enfants, vélos, une magnifique terrasse au calme et une douche extérieur très appréciable au retour de la plage. Le village est à 10min de marche ou 5min en vélo tout comme l’accès à la plage. La plus grande ville Olbia est à 10min de route pour pourvoir faire plus de courses et surtout profiter des nombreux restaurants et autres activités. Je vous conseille sans hésiter ce logement.

Great location, very peaceful in September. Shame that other guest of other properties need to pass through the outdoor space to get in and out.

Un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement propre, fonctionnel et idéalement placé, à 5 mn de la sublime plage de Santa Giulia. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement correspondant en tous points à la description.

Wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in dit huis, de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Noord-Sardinië te verkennen (bijvoorbeeld Stintino, Alghero, Bosa, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Palau en het binnenland). Het huis ligt rustig met een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op zee en bergen. Het huis is ruim en licht, met een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle benodigdheden om te koken als thuis. Er zijn voldoende buitenruimtes met (lig)stoelen en tafels, een ruime veranda met binnen-buitengevoel. Handige voorzieningen zoals een vaatwasser, wasmachine, diepvriezer, strandstoelen, parasol en tal van details zoals paraplu’s, EHBO-kit en vliegenmepper maken het verblijf comfortabel. De vriendelijke gastvrouw woont beneden, maar het appartement voelt volledig privé. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en een supermarkt dichtbij (grotere supermarkten in het nabijgelegen Valledoria). Een klein geurprobleem in de badkamer (waarvan sprake in andere reviews) is simpelweg op te lossen door het bidet door te spoelen.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alessandro qui est très accueillant, sympathique.. Le logement très propre,moderne bien équipé avec terrasse vue mer. Alessandro sa femme et sa fille Irène sont très réactifs, ils nous ont bien conseillé pour les restaurants, visites à faire à proximité Je recommande vraiment se logement. À bientôt

Logement très agréable et très bien situé. Appartement de belle superficie extrêmement propre . Propriétaires disponibles et très agréables. Bel attention à notre arrivée boissons au frais et gourmandises 😉

nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit, mais nous avons profité des conseils nombreux pour un restaurant le soir et la visite de la vieille ville le matin. le logement était impeccable, spacieux et très bien équipé, un rapport qualité prix excellent ! nous le recommandons sans hésitation !

Great place to stay! Perfect for a couple of days. Very peaceful area. Going in April it was still offseason for the beaches but the scenery was incredible in the close by beaches. Not many restaurants/bar options in the town but there are a few good spots. Food quality is not the same as mainland Italy but it was decent… Host was very responsive and nice, would recommend to others.
