Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Costa Verde

Casa molto spaziosa arredata con cura e dotata di ogni confort per un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Molto bella la grande terrazza con vista mare, con un tavolo enorme per mangiare e fornita di lettini e poltroncine per prendere il sole o rilassarsi con vista dell'isola di San Pietro. Molto comodo il posto auto coperto all'interno della proprietà. Portoscuso è un piccolo paese ma sono presenti ristoranti, due grandi supermercati, un'ottima gelateria ed alcuni negozi. In dieci giorni abbiamo visitato le stupende spiagge della zona giungendo fino a Piscinas, Porto Flavia, le isole di Sant'Antioco e San Pietro, la città di Iglesias. Il Sulcis è stata una bellissima scoperta; da consigliare. Paola ci ha accolto molto cordialmente, disponibile anche a lasciarci flessibilità negli orari di arrivo e partenza.

Logement idéal pour être au calme durant la periode hors saison. Magnifique emplacement, et la vallée était super belle. Possibilité de randonner, d'aller à la plage. Magasins à 15 min en voitute mais cela n'a pas été un soucis pour nous. Le jardin était clôturé, ce qui était parfait pour notre petit chien. Les voisins étaient très gentils. L'hôte est très présent et réponds à toutes nos questions. Je recommande cet emplacement.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt bei Simone ist leicht mit einem Wort zu beschreiben. Wow. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an zu Hause und man merkt sofort, dass es Simones ernstes Anliegen ist, dass seine Gäste eine gute Zeit haben und sich wohl fühlen. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit hat Simone uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, Ausflüge empfohlen und uns zu einem italienischen Pasta-Abend in der Gartenküche eingeladen, der uns für immer in Erinnerung bleibt. Das Anwesen ist herrlich natürlich und authentisch, wir haben die Zeit im Garten sehr genossen. Überall wächst Obst und Gemüse, von dem man sich bedienen kann. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet, sogar Sandspielsachen für die Kinder, Schirme und Stühle für den Strand gab es - Simone denkt an alles. Wir bedanken uns für die fantastische Zeit und freuen uns auf einen Pizzaabend, wenn wir wiederkommen. ;)

Es war sehr schön bei Ekaterina. Es war alles vorhanden um sich wie daheim zu fühlen. Wir konnten dort kochen und auf der schönen Terrasse relaxen. Der 6 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand nach oben zum Haus war zwar anstrengend, aber dafür macht man ein wenig Sport und bleibt fit :) (Übrigens, wenn man auf dem schnellsten Weg zum Strand will, dann kann man unter der Brücke durchlaufen.)

The place is absolutely perfect, but what I would like to highlight is Alice, the owner. Used Airbnb so many times, but Alice, felt like a friends more than a owner. She was on it as soon as we booked the place. She will help you with anything, from booking local restaurants (which was sooo good!) to arrange days out to even help to rent a car. Even if it was Easter, she was there. Nothing is too much for her and if there is a issue, she will find a solution. The place is typical italian, simple but perfect. Sparkling clean and had everything we needed it. The pool is amazing! Will struggle now to book another place without heat and salty water 😊 There are quite few steeps steps to the house, so bear that in mind if you have little kids or struggle to do stairs. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Alles war wie beschrieben, super Wohnung für ein Paar, grandiose große Terrasse, tolle Gegend. Leider waren Mitte April außerhalb der Saison noch nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet und wir konnten den Pool nicht nutzen. Das wussten wir natürlich vorher, trotzdem war es schade, weil er bei dem teilweise sonnigen Wetter doch sehr einladend aussah. Sonst würden wir auch 5 Sterne für Preis/Leistung geben. Ganz toll waren die Tipps und die schnellen hilfreichen Antworten von Matteo und Katia. Super war auch, dass die beiden Klimaanlagen das Schlafzimmer und den Wohn-Essbereich ganz schnell mit Wärme erfüllt haben.

Luca was a great host! We felt at home from the very beginning. This house is lovely, has a great personality and seems like Luca cared for every detail. The garden, the pool and the piano (yes he has a piano) made a difference! One of the best Airbnb we had ever rented :-)

Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

We are climbers and this place was in a perfect location between Ullasai and Padra Longa. The apartment was clean, cosy, super quiet and beautiful views. The host was super friendly, very accommodating to our needs and we very much liked all the oranges we were given. We will definitely return for more climning. The place was perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

La Orange House è molto accogliente, silenziosa, pulitissima. Bellissimo mobilio, divano e letti comodissimi, zanzariere e condizionatori, tutto quello che serve per essere a proprio agio. L'alloggio era pulito, le spugne morbide e profumate, la biancheria impeccabile. Pentole e stoviglie nuove. La zona è calmissima è c'è un bello spazio esterno nella veranda dove si può pranzare e cenare. La zona è molto comoda per ogni spostamento, di notte c'è una calma meravigliosa. Consiglio la Orange House e torneremo sicuramente!

We had a great stay at Giannina's Apartment. Marco was friendly and very quick with responses. Orchid apartment is right in the middle of the Bari Sardo. It's fully equiped, very clean and has more than enough space for four people. You can unload your luggage right next to it and leave your car just around the corner, on the free street parking lot. Thank you for having us!

Très beau logement et équipements de qualité. Parfait pour un séjour calme et reposant. Le logement est conforme à la description.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Wir waren sehr gespannt auf diese wohnung. Mit 2 Terassen, aussendusche und blick aus Meer. Alles wurde erfüllt. Und der Plattenspieler hat auch toll funktioniert. Eine echt schnucklige Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Die Komunikation mit Michele hat auch bestens funktioniert.

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella casa di Nicola e possiamo dire che l'alloggio rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione fatta. L'abitazione è davvero graziosa e confortevole. Nicola è stato davvero disponibile. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e assolutamente la consiglieremo a chiunque volesse soggiornare in quella zona. Grazie.

Flor and Gianni were superb hosts, very attentive and willing to help. The place was super comfortable; about 20 mins away from.the city center and only 5-10 min from a public beach. Very peaceful neighbourhood to walk at night. We are looking forward to coming back !
