We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. This is a Studio unit in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the White River in Lakeview, Arkansas. Each unit is private from other units like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1 because they can be assessable to each other. This unit #2 sleeps 3 comfortably. There is one queen bed and one folding twin bed in the living area. This unit has no river view.
