Jose spot was a last minute stay for me and my friends great price and great location for something quick !

This was the perfect little space for a quick stay! House was very clean with a nice big yard. Would stay here again.

Garrett and Tiffani communicating and took care of a plumbing problem immediately. The home was clean and set up nicely. I would recommend an ironing board, a variety of spices and maybe more dishes. I would also recommend more toilet paper and paper supplies. A bath mat in the upstairs bathroom too would be helpful for slipping.

Phil was very responsive and checked in with us often. I found him to be a very helpful and an accommodating host. This property is well-updated and they’ve made a very good use of space. Lovely decor. Beds are firm, kitchen is big. A sweet space to enjoy family.

Booked Ambers home to get ready for a wedding and it was a perfect fit. Ambers communication was excellent. Her home was very clean and it comfortably fit all 12 of us and could have fit more. Would definitely book her home again! 10/10 rating from everyone who stayed there.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and truly move-in ready. It was perfect for our dogs — the large, fenced backyard gave them plenty of space to run and play, and we loved that we could easily keep an eye on them from the kitchen or the deck. Every room had its own TV, making it easy for everyone to relax, and the separate full suite downstairs offered extra privacy and space — ideal for families traveling together. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family and pets! For sure one of the best Airbnb we stayed in

Amber went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Her 100 year+ home is in a historic district of Council Bluffs adjacent to the Gilbralter Neighborhood Trailhead. Several of our family members took advantage of its proximity and went hiking during our visit. Her home is a mix of old and new - 19th and early 20th century craftsmanship, such as a beautiful central staircase, combined with 21st century technology such as WiFi, and numerous televisions throughout the expansive home. Fun amenities include a pinball machine and a treadmill for exercise. My family especially enjoyed competing on the pinball machine. Amber’s home was stocked with all sorts of treats ranging from muffins to a charcuterie tray. Whenever we had a question either about something in the home or some activity in the area, Amber was very quick to respond. I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rental properties. This one stands out in all the right ways. I would definitely recommend.

We went back to the Bluffs for a bunch of family events. This was a centrally located spot to land. Proximity to the 100 Block is a bonus. The place is clean and well appointed. We come back to the Bluffs at least once a year and this is a place we'll look for next time around.

Denise’s place was very clean and comfortable. We felt at home and she communicated very well. Our arrival time was very very late and she was most accommodating.

I stayed one night at Todd's on a long drive to Chicago - well worth it! The flexible check in was convenient. I got in later than I thought I would, but with the 24 hour check in it was no problem. The mattress was comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a basement, so sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from people moving around upstairs but it wasn't an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Omaha!

It was a great stay! Travis set up things for a stay. Plenty of towels, toiletries , toothbrushes, different amenities. Made our stay very relaxed and able to focus on our vacation. Travis was very communicative and explained everything with great description!

We had a few entry glitches with the key cafe, but Rachelle responded immediately and came right over to help us out! Place was in a great location and perfect for our trip. Thanks to Theresa and Rachelle for a great stay!

This the my second stay. It is in an amazing location and is an amazing property. Worth every penny!

We really loved this place. Clean, had everything needed to make a simple meal, and comfortable overall. Easy and close parking. Wanted to stay a couple more days but it was unfortunately all booked up. Also really like the neighborhood of Dundee. Definitely a walkable place to some nice coffee shops and restaurants.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Fantastic apartment and just across from midtown park. We love the lights at Christmas time. Will stay again

This condo was the perfect option for us while we were in town for a baseball tournament! The condo was very clean with many extra amenities. The space heaters were perfect for an unusually cold weekend after being very warm. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and a variety of snacks were available. These were all great benefits for our cold, busy days! The host was very kind and responsive. We were grateful we were able to check-in early to allow us to get some errands done before our games started. The host provided great details about where to park during the construction and how to find the condo in the building. We would definitely stay again!

Jerry's Airbnb is in a great location because you can get to most anywhere you could want fairly easily. The neighborhood is safe and the inside is beautiful. Everything you need to cook, clean and do laundry is furnished as well. Jerry answered any questions I had and was very helpful in learning the area. Off street parking is a huge selling point in Omaha too! I would highly recommend staying at his Airbnb if you are planning to visit Omaha.

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

I stay in this location often for Airbnbs and this condo was great. As always good location, close to many attractions in Omaha. Always nice to have a balcony as well. Will stay here again. 5 stars ⭐️

I had an amazing stay at Ryan and Lacey's place! The apartment was spotless, just as pictured, and came with great amenities. As a woman living by myself for a couple of months, I felt extremely safe here. The building is full of kind and helpful people, making the experience even better. The apartment truly felt like home, with plenty of things to do around the area, including fantastic brunch spots and great places to hang out with friends. Ryan and Lacey have been exceptional hosts—some of the best people I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to assist me, even in a difficult situation I inadvertently caused. Their kindness and understanding are something I'll never forget. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a gem!

This place was perfect! Nice with a scenic view of city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Within walking of amazing restaurants and our son’s apartment.

The location is great, walkable to all the downtown neighborhoods with great selection of entertainment (theaters, restaurants, bars, etc)! The condo/apartment is exactly as described and is a great value for money when you compare to alternatives in the same area. Lastly, and most importantly, is Jennifer is an outstanding host. She offered proactive communication prior to arrival and the couple of times I had to reach out with questions the response was quick and thorough. I highly recommend.
