Find yourself immersed in tranquility with all the comforts of home. The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they’re a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

A quaint, stylish home in historic Mount Holly, walking distance from downtown pubs, museums and shops. Pet friendly with ample street parking, fully functional kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker, private bathroom (separate toilet and shower). Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Cozy & Clean Lawrenceville Studio

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

Cozy 1 bedroom apartment with 3/4 bath

1 bedroom apartment attached to our home with its own separate driveway and key code entrance. Centrally located between Philadelphia and New York City. Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.

This renovated home, dating back to 1900, is located right along the picturesque Delaware Canal, offering stunning views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like kayaking and biking. Inside are modern amenities like a new heating/AC system, hardwood floors, a new bathroom, W/D, and a fully equipped kitchen. The loft area features a queen bed and a desk area perfect for remote work. The yard has outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery.

The guest room is light and airy with a private entrance off the back deck. The bathroom is connected to the room and is completely private. The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).

Come enjoy a clean, and quiet space. For your convenience, we offer a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee, tea, closet space, iron, and much more. We have free lighted off-street parking. 30 minutes to Six Flags Great Adventure. Conveniently located 6 miles to Fort Dix and 8 miles to Mc Guire AFB. Wawa only a 5-minute walk and Burger King an 8-minute walk. 45 minutes to Philadelphia and 65 minutes to Atlantic City.
