Fantastic cosy spot

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maria’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have hoped for. The coastal views were breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sound of the water from the small river each morning. Maria’s husband David was so friendly and nice to chat with. The location was perfect for our family – close to both the beach and scenic walking trails, which made for great outings with our little one and our dog. Our daughter loved exploring the nearby areas, and the dog-friendly environment was a huge plus! EV charging was a plus as it was so easy to charge the car at night. We can’t recommend this place enough – it’s truly a gem! We’ll definitely be back for another peaceful and memorable escape.

I had a lovely stay! Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in getting out for hiking during the day. It could not have been more accessible of a location, and the place itself was so cozy, and perfect for me to do cooking and hiking prep. The place was super tidy, very comfortable, and simply lovely in the morning, especially. All the sun coming in and the views of the mountains! Just perfect.

Gina and Tim have a great little hideaway in a beautiful and peaceful location. Allows you to explore the area with ease. There’s endless activities to do and places to see especially if you get the weather. Highly recommend

Took the family (Partner, 2kids and dog on an overnight relaxing break. This location ticked all the boxes for exactly that. Will definitely be booking again!!!

Stayed here for the 2nd time and will be back for a 3rd. So peaceful and a shore walk along the beach right next to the cabin. Great amenities, 5 stars all round

Ein wunderbares Gästehaus, man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man das Haus betritt. Es ist sehr schön und geschnackvoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es Gebäck, Pralinen und eine Flasche Wein. Kaffee & Tee war ausreichend vorhanden. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, Tara & Peter waren sofort mit Hinweisen und Hilfe zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die beiden waren sehr nett. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort um die Landschaft zu genießen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We stayed for 2 nights at sandpiper wing part of Sheelaghs beautiful property right on the shores of lough Swilly with wonderful views from every window Sheelagh was away but we were met by lovely Tara who answered any questions we had The property is ideal for two and although joined to the main house completely private I loved the furnishings so suited to an obviously much loved family home and it it was so nice to just sit in the peaceful surroundings even when the weather wasn’t too kind as the house was so cozy and welcoming We could have booked the hot tub in advance or used the kayak to explore the lough but instead we wondered along the loughside between the showers and it was lovely to return to the Sandpiper wing in the evening after our travels along the wild Atlantic way I would highly recommend the Sandpiper wing to anyone looking some peace at the lough edge and would hope to return again ❤️

This place is described very accurately, it was a pleasant surprise, the location is excellent, very near Malin Head, it was super tidy and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed! We will be back foir sure!

Awesome location close to the National Park, forest walks, and several beaches. Town was only 5 minutes away for shopping and food. Eamonn met me upon my arrival and showed me the space and offered up local tips. He was a great host and allowed flexible check-in. I would definitely stay again.

Glenwood was an excellent holiday let the guest house was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a bit remote for us as we didn't have a car but the taxi service was great definitely recommend.

From start to finish a fantastic place to stay. Eileen & Mick & Marlay are extremely friendly & welcoming & we felt very at home. Very doggy friendly which was a big plus for me. The place is pristine & everything you need is on hand. Amazing showers, comfy beds in the most idyllic spot. We will be back, for sure.

Johns Place was lovely and it was great access to the beach and the local bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to all. Centra nearby as well as a petrol station.

Fantastic cosy spot

Roisin was an extremely great host. She made us feel very welcome at the house and were able to have a bit of craic with her. The drinks were amazing and the house was unbelievable. Would definitely recommend this place, it’s some spot! Would love to visit again sometime!!
