Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Malcolm’s. Bedroom was exactly how the photo’s described. Malcolm is an excellent host. Will definitely plan to stay again in the future. 10/10

Great location as could park on the road outside or walk into town. Excellent heating system, comfy beds and great shower over the bath. Condensation mould is an issue here and damp has entered the building in parts.

We had a lovely stay at Stephen&Bev's caravan. View from the room window is absolutely stunning and instantly puts a smile on a face. There is lots to do nearby. We've found plenty of sea glass at the beach. Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Caravan is modern, pristine clean, lots of plates, cups, pots. Everything is in great condition. We will definitely come back again!

This host was excellent at helping me get emergency accommodation in a difficult situation when I needed to be working. Super efficient and a great property in a good location for work

Firstly communication was on point and midge constantly replied and responded well to me within a short time and helped with any questions I had. Location wise very ideal right close to the main road with all the shops seafront but quite enough away. The home itself beautiful pictures really don’t do it justice what so ever. I would recommend a few little bits though as I mentioned to midge and we open to taking recommendations etc but a baby gate between the kitchen and living room as due to the steps it was a constant battle with a moving baby , and a baby gate at the top of the stairs too. Would also mention the back garden there were a foamy flood odd water and odd smell but hopefully a bit of garden work / pipe work and general clean up should be okay? Overall tho I would definitely come back and plan to in the future. Thank you again x

We were a group of friends going to see a show at the Sunderland Empire. This was a great place to stay, it had free parking and in walking distance to The Sunderland Empire, local pubs and restaurants. The place was very clean and spacious for us to hang out afterwards. Laura was a great host.

Stayed for work was comfortable an had comfy bed 👌🏻

We were staying due to working in the area. House was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to all amenities. It is on street parking so parking 2 vans was ok but you couldn't always get outside the house but its free so not a massive problem. Overall very happy with this property and would stay again! Thankyou!

The house was in tip-top condition and very well equipped. The heating was on when we arrived (much appreciated) and the accommodation was comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was nice to be able to arrange to arrive a bit early (about an hour) and the same on leaving. Gary and Judith were really helpful when we needed a bit more information and we really enjoyed our stay. we would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you. This Air BnB was lovely and a really nice place to stay. Plenty of room for 5 people and loads of thoughtful touches added too. It was a lovely trip to see Beyonce and we’d definitely stay here again if there’s any more concerts at stadium of light in the future as it’s literally 10 mins away and a true bargain!

The Seaglass Apartment is fantastic!! I stayed for 25 nights and was very sad to leave the Apartment and to leave Seaham. The Apartment had everything I needed. It is nicely decorated and is located within easy walking distance to restaurants, Pubs and stores. The Apartment was extremely clean and has a nice cozy feel. The kitchen is great and the bathroom is wonderful. I especially Loved the bathtub after a long day walking on the beach or hiking. Gillian was Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. I am really looking forward to staying there again.

You will not get a better place to stay! This place has it all- I didn’t want to leave as it’s so special. We only live about 4 miles away but will definitely book as we loved seaburn and roker. I have so many ideas for my home - inspired from this apartment Truly stunning 😍

Melanie’s place is fantastic. Such a brilliant location in Seaham for everything we wanted to do and what an amazing view of the sea out front! Everything we needed for our short stay was provided and Melanie’s instructions for accessing the building were clear and helpful. The 50% off breakfast offer at The Lamp Room is definitely something to take advantage of - the food was fantastic and even better at those prices! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
