With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Recently refurbished 200 year old cottage. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property. Is also has a double sofa bed so has the potential to sleep 6 people. It is a 20-minute drive to Kilkenny City which has endless restaurants and tourist attractions. It is situated 1 mile outside the small village of Mullinahone in Co. Tipperary. The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

Wren's Nest is a unique off grid retreat nestled among the trees at the back of our wild cottage garden. It is the ideal place to relax with a book and enjoy the many small birds and wild plants that share the space. Guilcagh Church is approached up a long avenue of mature lime trees. Enter into a different world through the iron gated double doors where surprises lurk around every corner. This property is on an old graveyard and there are headstones visible around the property.
