Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Hpgel der Toskana. Ein wenig abgelegen aber wir haben das geschätzt. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung mit wircklich sehr gutem Essen und absolut guten Preise. Unterkunft mit grossem Garten, Pool, Klima und Heizung. Gepflegt und sauber. Hühner deren Eier wir holen durften. Magena wahr stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Viele Weingüter in der Umgebung wo mann essen und trinken kann. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Magena und Eduardo

Villetta incantevole nel relax totale. Tanto spazio verde e una bellissima piscina... tutto solo per noi. Giovanni è stato super accogliente e gentile. Un'esperienza da ripere, consigliatissimo! Un saluto da Fede e Kevin

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! CampoPineta ist ein guter Ort um sich zu erholen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Tolle Landschaft und gute Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und Alessandra ist ein freundlicher Mensch.

L'appartement de Simone est au milieu de la campagne, entouré d'arbres avec un beau point de vue depuis la terrasse sur les collines environnantes. Il est de plein pied. En octobre, avec un petit gilet, nous avons encore pu prendre des petits -déjeuners sur cette terrasse. La place de parking juste en face de l'appartement est très pratique. Pour visiter Florence, nous nous rendions à un petit parking, à 10 km, au centre de Galluzzo (Piaza Don Pietro Puliti), ensuite avec les bus 36 ou 37 , nous étions en 15 mn au centre de Florence. Pour aller visiter Sienne, il nous a fallu 1 h de voiture. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour : 1 jour à San Gimignano (45 mn de route), 3 jours à Florence, 1 jour à Sienne, 1 jour à Cortona. Il nous a juste manqué du temps pour visiter Pise. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Helt fantastisk hus med massere af charme og personlighed. Så dejligt et hus, at vi overvejer at booke det igen næste år. Regina som stod for huset var virkelig sød og nem at få fat i, ved spørgsmål.

Sehr gute Lage. Nähe zu Lucca. Wunderbare Aussicht von Oben. Die Internetverbindung ist etwas schlecht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat viel Scharm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Silvia war unser Kontakt vor Ort. Sie war stets schnell zu erreichen bei Fragen und hat sich auch regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles ok bei uns ist.

Three of us girlfriends stayed in the Art House, and we found it an amazing place to stay! Lovely space, comfy beds, good quality linnen and towels, beautiful terrace and views.. it was easy to drive throughout Tuscany and we had warm home to come back to.. thanks much!

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

Byly jsme zde ubytovány 3 rodiny (6 dospělých a 4 děti ve věku od 2 do 5 let). již jsme zde byli ubytovaní v loňském roce a stejně jako loni, i letos bylo vše skvělé. navíc byla letos zrekonstruovaná druhá koupelna, takže obě byly nové a moderní. hostitel byl velmi vstřícný již při rezervaci pobytu. navíc nám zajistil třetí dětskou postýlku, v den příjezdu nám umožnil dřívější ubytování a v den odjezdu nám umožnil pozdější odjezd, což jsme s malými dětmi velmi ocenili. každý den byl čištěn bazén, který jsme nakonec kvůli počasí využili jen na začátku pobytu. s malými dětmi jsme ocenili velkou oplocenou zahradu.

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a wonderful time staying at Carolina's house. The views from the backyard overlooking the valley and surrounding hills was breathtaking. With a really fast WiFi, it is possible to get some work done too ... but why would you want to work, sitting in a place like this :)

Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

Sehr schöne, top gepflegte Villa mit wunderschönem Garten. Ein Auto wird dringend benötigt, da man von Montecatini Terme aus noch circa 15 Minuten den Berg hochfahren muss, um an die Unterkunft zu gelangen. Das wird aber mit einem atemberaubenden Blick belohnt. Cristina ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier! Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, war top! Super freundlich! Das idylische Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen großen Pool, einen riesigen Garten und zwei sehr saubere Küchen. Wir haben dort zu fünft eine Woche verbracht und können nur positives sagen. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Können es Gruppen ab 5 Personen nur weiterempfehlen. Bestes Air BnB das wir je gebucht haben!!!

Siamo stati in questa splendida casa per un settimana. Anche a novembre, col sole, pranzavamo fuori nel giardino sotto un bellissimo gazebo. La casa è stupenda, Corinna e il proprietario molto gentili. Torneremo!
