The house was lovely! My boys loved the pool table, basketball court and hot tub outside. My girls took the upstairs bedroom with a spectacular bathroom. They enjoyed the privacy and balconies on the second and third floor. The location was less than 15 minutes from downtown where we had all of our planned activities. The host was attentive and easily accessible. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The pictures do no justice to how cozy and comfortable this house truly is. We didn’t want to leave. The house alone is the vacation. And the neighborhood is amazing. Grocery store, coffee shop, brunch spot, bars, pizza, ice cream and a track all within walking distance. The host is experienced and professional as well. Always attentive and accommodating which made me feel like I was on a resort. Loved that extra touch.

Home was very clean, comfortable and a ton of upgrades. Outdoor seating area was a great gathering place for us and the oversized sofa was perfect for piling our large group on at the end of a long day to watch tv.

One of my very favorite rentals, beautiful and comfortable, clean place. We loved having our grandchildren play in the backyard and with the double gaming screens. Big TV’s in every bedroom. Fenced back yard with plenty of parking and safe. Perfect location, highly recommended!

Perfect stay for our family trip to Atlanta! Loved having a pack n play there for the baby and the location was perfect for getting to different spots around the city. Would definitely stay again!

The host are amazing. We had booked another home for our trip but upon getting there to inspect, their was no running water. We booked this home at 10 pm at night and they responded quickly and allowed me and my family to book their home so we wouldn't be without somewhere to stay. Everything was as described, we felt at home, and when we needed them they always responded very quickly!! The neighborhood was awesome and close to restaurants and shopping areas. We would definitely book again!

Dear Arthur...your place is incredibly awesome! It was perfect for our out-of-town guests and everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed BEING AT the house as opposed to going out. The vinyl collection was great, the game room was fantastic, my friends said the beds were comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated with fun art and furniture. Next time we need an Airbnb for out-of-town friends, I will not hesitate to recommend this house. I've mentioned to my friends and neighbors the same. This place is a GEM!!!!

Shamille’s place was an awesome stay for a great price very close proximity to so many things in the city. Our group of 8 comfortably enjoyed our two night stay and would definitely book again. 10/10!

This rental was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for our group. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and was very clean. We appreciated all of the little touches and the great kitchen that was very well stocked. My only comment for people renting this place is that the driveway is short and very steep which made it difficult for us to get my elderly mother into and out of the car. It can accommodate two cars, not really four.

Although this location was a little further out from the city than we originally wanted, the spaciousness of the house, the ample parking for our 25+ guests, the cleanliness of the house , and Marlon’s great communication made it worth the commute! I will definitely reach out to Marlon again when I need Airbnb housing! Super pleased!!

We had an incredible stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right place. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our extra large family—kids, grandparents, and all! The highlight for everyone was definitely the pool. It was clean, the perfect temperature, and had plenty of seating and space around it for relaxing or watching the kids splash around. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking for our big group easy, and the dining and living areas gave us all room to spread out without ever feeling cramped. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and attractions. We made unforgettable memories here and are already talking about booking our next stay. Highly recommend this home for any large group or family looking for the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and relaxation! Jay is absolutely amazing as a host!

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

My family absolutely loved this place! The accommodations were amazing and a perfect fit for my family during the holidays.

I have trouble feeling at home when away from home…but not here. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for our needs. It was overall just comfortable which says a lot. Ilya checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed, which wasn’t necessary since we had more than we needed. This home provided important details that many other Air BnBs haven’t in the past, such as extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We would most certainly stay in Ilya’s Air Bnb again. The house was beautiful and close to many major attractions of interest in Atlanta and highways. The neighborhood was quiet. It was nice to have private, free parking.
