Our spacious and quiet 1 bedroom suite is perfect for 3 guests (1 queen and 1 twin bed). If 4-5 guests (excluding infants) are staying, a folding queen bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area (No extra charge). Our house is located in Langford, just minutes from downtown Victoria. With a 2 mins walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 mins drive to shopping centres, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Vancouver Island.

The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. Guests have the benefit of a large deck and private drive off a peaceful residential road within short walking distance (0.5km) of the lake and a short drive from Ganges town centre, Fernwood Beach with pier & cafe and Mount Erskine Provincial Park.
