It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. Both can be reached within a 2 minute walk - you just need to decide!

It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! The cottage is down a quiet lane, a mile away from the stunning dog friendly beaches of Crantock, Holywell bay, Polly Joke and 4 miles from Newquay. Being in the countryside it is perfect place to relax. There are great walks from right outside the front door. Activities like surfing/bodyboarding/SUP are within easy reach.
