Also have a king bed, modern decoration, living room, 70” Smart TV, washer/dryer, dining area, balcony and a private parking. Please note that visitors, gatherings or parties are not permitted.

It includes a dining space, a sofa, and a totally equipped kitchenette. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and the common area, and the property has an emergency generator.
