Absolutely a five star rental . We will return. Do keep in mind that this is a gated community and guests must have a pass to enter. Brianna was on top of allowing us to have visits from our family .

We stayed a month and found the apt clean, well stocked and comfortable. Its a very light and bright place that we enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony and cross the street to reach the beautiful beach. The building is well maintained, the pool was awesome, convenient parking with a place to park our Bicycles. a great place to stay. Thank you Tracy

Beautiful apt with great amenities! The only thing I wish the complex itself had, was a straight path to the boardwalk to get to the beach but that has nothing to do with Micheal nor the listing. Overall amazing experience with incredible recommendations. We visited the Peruvian restaurant listed in our tour guide from Micheal and that was one of the highlights of our stay!

The unit was a top floor end unit in a secure complex. It was roomy enough for us to have a few guests over that were staying nearby. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of storage. All the furniture was in good shape except a few chairs. The balcony had great views of the pools and A1A. The place was clean and comfortable. Overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful condo with lovely views of the ocean. Complex had great hot tub and pool, tennis courts and easy access to beach. Highly recommend Colony Reef Club for its proximity to historic st. Augustine, gold courses, and restaurants.

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It is clean, and in a great neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

Can't say enough about Dani and the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. And the place was great, clean, lots of space, three bedrooms and nice kitchen, plenty of places to sit/lounge, great patio with wonderful view of the outdoor pool and ocean. We had one small issue and Dani was very fast in getting it fixed. Totally recommend. A couple comments on the resort. The outdoor pool is very large and nice, but in late March it's still a bit cool and the water was very cold. So we swam a lot in the indoor pool, which is advertised as heated, but it's not very warm, warmer than the outdoor pool but could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor hot tub broke on our first day there and we were there for multiple days and it never got fixed.

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

She was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful in the questions that I had. She forwarded all information to me, and checked when we arrived to make sure we got in okay! We had a wonderful stay, and she even recommended a favorite restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend Diane, shes a terrific host!

We had a great start. Location was great and made it easy to visit surrounding towns for exploration. The view was incredible and the unit was just as described!

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron!!! The house was immaculate and elegantly decorated. The space was perfect for 7 guests. Plenty of room to enjoy the home without tripping over one another. The well appointed and up-kept home made our vacation stay very enjoyable. From the smallest details to wonderful amenities we could not ask for a nicer place to stay! Hosts were very responsive and helpful without intruding on our privacy, recommending local restaurants and giving helpful advice about the area. Lauren’s home was very cozy and a perfect location to spend a few days with our kids and spouses. We’ve stayed in St Augustine several times before but never in this area. Loved the neighborhood! Very established and quiet but walkable to food, drinks and activities. House had everything we needed plus and yard was incredible! Enjoyed the back deck and hot tub daily!

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s house. She was flexible for us to check in easy and wonderful kitchen amenities and abeautiful. We would recommend anyone to stay there. The pictures match the space and the space was clean and well kept.

The home is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It was easy to find and just a quick walk away from the community pool and playground. We had a great time.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

Yelena’s place was spacious for my family of 7 and also immaculate! Loved the artwork and personal touches throughout! Enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch, so peaceful! Definitely recommend to those I hold dear and look forward to next time! Thanks for an amazing stay! 🤩
