Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

Would highly reccomend, heres my pros and cons +Place was really nice +++ 2 minute walk from the slopes + at a good pricepoint in comparison to the other places nearby. + clean + quiet area -outdoor parking (put chains on your car beforehand if you know you need to leave the next day in snowy weather) -somewhat hard to find in the complex -floors are thin -heat is slow to turn on -master bed wasn't made

Great location and fair price. Easy to find and instructions were clear. Walking distance to snow summit. We were able to keep our car in the spacious shared garage. Warm, cozy, and spacious, the fireplace was a nice touch. Had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit.

Walking distance to the slopes. You don't need to worry about parking. Perfect for a family vacation. We returned for lunch so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant. The apartment is clean and uncluttered. The host is very responsive, and accommodating. Recommend the space.

The apartment was in a great location, quiet, safe, close access to interstate and lots of grocery stores and shopping. It was clean and had enough space for us two adults. The large closet was so nice as we had plenty of room for our luggage. There was no problem finding the subdivision; it was just a challenge at first finding the correct apartment, but Simon responded and helped with that. We like to cook our own meals when we travel and the kitchen was adequate for that. We also loved that we could do our laundry as well.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

This place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway to Oak Glen. Even in the off season there was enough to do and check out. The apartment was the perfect size for me and my husband’s Valentine’s gataway. I’d definitely come back (maybe during the fall so we can try apple picking) and stay here to enjoy the scenery and small town vibes.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

The host was absolutely fantastic, super easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out completely seamless. During our stay, an unexpected water leak occurred (totally out of anyone’s control), but the way the host handled it was nothing short of impressive. They responded immediately, took care of the issue quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Even with the hiccup, our experience was overwhelmingly positive thanks to the host’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for our stay. We’re already looking forward to booking with them again. It’s rare to find a host this thoughtful and dedicated!

Perfect Weekend Getaway! It was so peaceful, beautiful & relaxing. The pictures do not do justice on how amazing the house look inside & out. Can't wait to come back again. It was only 5 minute drive to village. I do wish the jacuzzi (spa) was more private, it was in view of the neighbors patio, no trees or anything blocking it. Other than that everything was a dream!

Second time coming to big bear and so far haven’t gotten any bad experiences. For this specific occasion, my family and I had a great time with this rental. The cabin felt safe and comfortable, had such a great time and will be coming back again.

From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back! We had a great time- our kids loved the house and playing outside in the snow. The house was spacious and close distance to the village.

I had an amazing stay at Lauri’s property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to Riverside and Redlands but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The little touches, like fresh coffee/tea/snacks and a welcome note, made the experience even more special. The beds were really comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Lauri was a fantastic host—quick to respond to any questions and provided great recommendations for local places to visit in Riverside and Redlands. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

We had a great time staying at Leanne’s apartment - the place has a beautiful view and lakefront access, and is a short walk away from the Village shops & restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived!

The location was clean, quiet and convenient to the Village and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is to leave the house number. It was a little confusing to get in because there are two lock boxes. I wasn't sure where the other one to get in was because you need to open the screen door to get to it. I wasn't sure if I was trying to get into a completely different place. Andrew was however very quick to reply to my questions and we got in without any more issues. The place is well furnished and really comfortable to be in. Dining and convenient stores are very close. Felt very cozy there. The place was clean and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for hosting my group and I, Andrew.

Nice place to stay in Lake Arrowhead Village. Loved the fireplace and the ala membership card so you could get on the docks and walk the shoreline trail. We would stay there again!

I have to say, this AirBnb was the best I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot for work so I stay in a lot of AirBnb’s. This one was a mini vacation for myself and the family, but it was by far the cleanest and nicest one, and it’s next to everything literally walking distance. My family and I will be definitely booking this one every year when we go to Lake Arrowhead! Highly Highly recommend!
