The Acorn Guest House

The Acorn Guest House is a two-level, self-contained accommodation located 2 minutes from the ferry landing in Balfour, BC and only 30 minutes from Nelson. Features include a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 ½ baths, a washer and dryer, patio and balcony, fire pit, and plenty of free parking with room for RV's or Trailers. Our Guests appreciate "The Acorn" for its close proximity to Balfour, Ainsworth Hot Springs, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park, and the beautiful Balfour Golf Course.

Relax at the Twin Bays Getaway, this peaceful lake house is nestled in Twin Bays, on the East shore of Kootenay Lake. This picturesque destination sits amidst majestic forested mountains and the breath-taking lake. While the Twin Bays Getaway is not a lake front property, it is a quick 2-3 minute walk from beautiful Twin Bays public beach. Amenities include a screened in porch, fire pit, paddle boards & kayaks. This clean and family friendly home is the perfect place to make many memories!

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

The Red Maple House is a bright, well appointed and charming home located just blocks from Lakeside Park and Rail Grade (walking and biking trails). The Fairview area is known for its easy walking and biking access to downtown Baker Street and beach. Situated on the shores of Moyie Lake, this high end home boasts 150' of private beachfront, a lush lawn of the same size and two full-sized docks, kayaks, canoe and paddle boards. This three-level 3,000 sq. ft. property includes six bedrooms, three full baths and comfortably sleeps fourteen guests. Having said that, the local government authority of the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) limits occupancy to ten. This is none negotiable.
