Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

A compact, self-contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Somerset Levels, safely well above the floodplain. Ideally located for exploring Somerset, with easy access from the M5 and A303. Set in the friendly village of Curry Rivel, with convenience stores, post office, garage and village pub all within walking distance. Langport is less than 2 miles away, with Glastonbury, Wells, Taunton and many National Trust properties within easy reach. A perfect base for exploring the area.

The Duck Wing is a quirky, self contained apartment on the first floor within Plenty Cottage. It's beautifully appointed for a relaxed, carefree stay in a wonderfully rural environment. Nothing is too much trouble. It sleeps two in double bed in a pretty bedroom and has a double sofa bed too. Own bathroom/shower, a separate WC and a warm spacious living area. The pub is 7 mins walk away and the beaches a 5 mins drive. The private, heated swimming is available 1st April - 31 Sept

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn

Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.

The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.
