Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

Newly remodeled, super clean one bedroom (in-law) apartment, approx. 375 sf. Three blocks from the beach 7-10 min walk. Covered deck, backyard on water to watch ducks, herons, fish. Concrete benches and firepit near the water. Walking distance to the ocean, boardwalk, Rudee Inlet, dining and entertainment. The Beach House sits on a lake looking out over VB oceanfront. Located in the Vibe District, a cultural hub for artists and spirits, roosters and restaurants, all within walking distance. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hour. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!

You have your own private access to the beach AND water views of the Chesapeake Bay that no other home in the area has. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking! Paddle boards and kayaks are provided. My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided.
