Lovey quiet, comfortable, and clean. Close to waterfalls and state parks. Amenities were fantastic. Wonderful host.

An amazing place with an amazing view. Tim communicated from day 1 and was there if needed. Home had plenty of amenities that made you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great place to stay! Would definitely stay again if possible.

My husband & I picked Carla‘s place because it was close to our oldest daughter & her family’s home in Athens for Christmas. Our 1st Christmas away from “home.” First thing that stood out was Carla had great communication right from the beginning. And after a long travel day on Christmas Eve, it was dark & cold & late, we pulled in, the first thing I saw through a window was the lights on a Christmas tree! It made me smile all the way down to my toes! Attention to detail was so evident! Home was clean & cozy! House is designed well with 2 separate bedrooms with bathrooms, perfect us. We were also hungry, didn’t have time to stop at store. Carla had snacks & homemade pumpkin cranberry bread for us. House is about a 5 or 6 min drive to stores & restaurants. Musts: Sweetwater Valley Farms(best cheese & shakes), Verritinos (best pizza), Sweetwater creamery (best ice cream)! Some places are closed during holidays. Oh & loved the beautiful property/views/animals! Ty!Our home away from home!

Beautiful and better than I thought! Gorgeous sunrises! Large farmhouse with ample room for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Woke up to deer outside everyday. Kitchen stocked with lots of cooking staples—drawer of spices. Two sitting rooms. Several desks. Great for a retreat with a small group. I went to focus on writing a book after a local retreat 10 minutes away. Quiet. A lot more secluded than the pictures look. About a football field length from entry of driveway to house. Big field out front. Lots of seating in the kitchen. Washer and dryer. I walked the property and it was lovely. My friends enjoyed it, too. Host very responsive and courteous. Would definitely go back again!

What a nice, peaceful stay in this cozy cottage. Great location, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for relaxation, a very welcoming host and close proximity to nature.

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! Terri has thought of everything a guest could ask for, and added lovely thoughtful touches for our dogs including dog beds, toys, food and water bowls sized for them. The space was peaceful and cozy and we all slept as soundly as if we’d been at home. We visit my grandmother’s farm every year for Easter, and it was wonderful to have our own space to relax and let our city dogs decompress. Plus, it’s so nice to have a host that welcomes pets. The place was so clean, you’d never know! The proximity to Main St and the nice little bars and restaurants was nice, too. This place is a treasure and we hope to be able to stay again next year.
