This is probably the best airbnb we have stayed in. It has everything you could want and more. Very clean, well supplied and well presented. Very easily walkable from the centre of Avirmore and easy access to the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. Great storage for outdoor equipment and dog friendly, including towels and bowls. We had the most amazing stay at the Zippity-Do-Da house!! George is a truly fantastic host - so helpful, very communicative. Our party consisted of 6 x adults, 4 x children and our 2 dogs. The house was absolutely perfect in every way. So clean, spacious - homely. I loved the accessibility of the loch - great for taking the dogs for a quick walk in the most beautiful setting. This house is ideal for family groups. Thank you so much George for making our stay wonderful.

Carol's place was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and nice. The location was great and our kids loved having the pool and playground right out front. We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

Lovely place to stay, fab beach onsite. Lots for kids to do onsite. Beautiful beaches all around the area. So much to see and do in this area. Would def use again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s caravan. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Jennifer was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

The caravan offered a perfect base for visiting the area and is situated in the quiet part of the site. It’s a nice site, with amenities. We had a great holliday. Location and the house were both perfect! The house was spotless and everything you need is there. Lots of great walks from the cottage. We all (family with 3 kids) had a wonderfull holiday.

Alessandro kept in touch to make sure everything was okay and we knew how to work hotub, bbq etc. The caravan is spotless and has everything you need and on the plus side has a hottub , which is great for relaxing your muscles after a hard days trek. It's only a 5min walk to the town to find restaurants and pubs. He also leaves a welcome basket with nibbles and a bottle of wine which is a very nice touch. Definitely be back ❤

Wir waren nach einer anstrengenden Anreise eine Nacht zur Entspannung hier und es war so wunderbar. Einchecken, genießen, schlafen, essen, Fernsehen, schlafen... Perfekt! Action gäbe es genug, die haben wir nur nicht gesucht!!! Alles wunderbar! Danke

Spent a great week here with family, and we all felt at home. The property feels nice and secluded but is only a 10 minute drive from everything you need. loads of options for days out with or without kids and walks within reasonable driving distance. Bea was always easy to contact and very nice to communicate with if needed. highly recommend

It's very homely and comfortable, and had everything that we needed. There are some lovely walks from around Newtonmore. Check-in and check-out was really easy which was great as we had a very long drive to get there. Caroline's instructions were also really clear. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful family home,. The peace and quiet was amazing as was the nature we were surrounded in. Your neighbours were so friendly too. Also thank you for also allowing us to stay for so long. It was perfect for our adventures. Can’t recommend enough.

Wonderful caravan, with everything we needed. Beautfiul scenery looking out over a field with cows and calves in. Location was ideal for our family to explore the area. The kids climbed their first munro, they loved the local pump track and woods and had an amazing day at Landmark!

House was lovely, clean with lots of space. Host has thoughtfully left basic groceries for us & even fresh fruit. The surroundings were beautiful and brilliant for dogs. Shame that the hot tub was out of action as that was one of the reasons we had booked it.
