We enjoyed our stay immensely! The home is fully equipped with all that you need and all that you didn’t know you needed (ie infrared sauna, Galaga & Ninja coffee machine). We will be sure to return during warmer months to fully experience all the amenities this property and community has to offer.

This house is large, every room spacious, and fit our crew of 5 families well. The warm saltwater pool with plenty of floaties and a hoop was a hit. And the many arcade games were so fun for the kids, as well as the movie theater. Adults enjoyed hanging on the deck and poolside. The house is set on a pretty hillside and isn’t far from necessities in town. Beautifully decorated and furnished.

This was an awesome place to stay. We were there for a big wedding and it was perfect and well worth it Clean, and we’ll taken care of. A farm setting in a beautiful area. We met Sharon and Peaches ,one of her dogs, when we got there and they are some cool people You gotta check that place out Thanks Sharon for your hospitality

My family and I had a great stay at Monique and Stan’s place. They were so friendly and helpful and the house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. The location was beautiful and my kids loved meeting their horses. We would love to go back when the pool is open. Thanks again!

This is officially our go to spot when visiting LOW. It’s great for a family of 6 with younger children and a pup. Everyone has their space to stretch out. The view from the big deck is great while grilling and watching the kids run around. The 5 kayaks were used multiple times a day! It’s a shorty paddle to get to the main beach and you always have a great view of the sunset.

This was our second stay at Wollam Gardens. Bob and Ann are delightful hosts. We wandered the farm which was beautiful. The house had all the creature comforts we needed and we made several of our own meals in the well stocked kitchen. We are already planning our next visit in 2025.

Amber’s home is definitely one of the most beautiful and serene Airbnb’s we’ve ever visited and she is an absolute gem of a host! The house was very clean and comfortable, with so many thoughtful touches to make your stay perfect. If you’re staying with a pet, there’s a wonderful fenced-in yard, along with several porches and patios to relax on and enjoy the beautiful views. The comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and beautiful decor made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay at Amber’s place if we’re ever in the area again!

I had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving stay in Culpepper! The accommodations were exactly as described and made me feel right at home. The house was modern, spotless, and incredibly welcoming, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything about my visit exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail, and friendliness from the hosts. I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in the area!

Terrific farm house that was exactly as listed. Great place for families. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at “the farm” as our children now refer to it as. The perfect place for R&R!

Mark was very accommodating. This is an amazing house. Very peaceful with great views of Huntington Runreservoir. Nice neighborhood to go on walks. This place is a must stay!

We had such a Brett time staying at Ali’s place! Her communication couldn’t have been clearer. The house was roomy and comfortable, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive—especially when a medical emergency threatened to derail our adventure. Definitely went above and beyond for us, which was much appreciated! Highly recommend. :)

We had an amazing long weekend staying at the Lake! It was actually my wedding weekend and we rented this home for myself and my bridal party so we could all be together and chill with our kiddos and have fun talking all night between events. There was more than enough beds for everyone to have their own space plus a TV in every room when people wanted to just chill on their own. Of course it was a nice and cold end of November for us being at the Lake but the kids had fun walking down to the dock and looking for sticks and animals. I have family on the Lake so I personally know where to find everything but they had great resources if you needed to find things from the house. They also were great at responding to the couple of questions we had through out our stay. Highly recommend!

This has been one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed at! Warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable, and peaceful location. Our host was quick to respond and went to great lengths to make sure my family were taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Connie is a great host and the 6-person house in Castleton was a wonderful retreat, just what we were looking for. The house was as fantastic as the photos show. Be sure to see their additional 'Grounds' photos on their website. The hottub was hot, clean and worked great (even in winter). During our visit, the donkey, miniponies, goats and ze-donkey were fun to watch grazing in the fields in the field on the other side of the backyard fence. Stargazing was great at night. A bbq grill was on back deck, and a propane tabletop social 'firepit' which was great for morning coffee hangout. A woodstove (& everything I need to get it started) was in the living room. We walked the paved 4+ mile loop to see more of their animals.

The views and peace are unmatched. Enjoyed the paved path to walk dinner off too! Very clean, great jacuzzi tub inside and hot tub outside. Very close to SNP. Full kitchen was nice. Deer entertained us every morning . Loved it all.

We had a great time and loved the arcade games and the outdoor games that came with the house. The beds were so comfortable! My family had so much fun!

Awesome home. Great diner across the street called 309 had amazing food.. Highly recommend this home to anyone and everyone. Great places to visit and lots of things to do. The hosts are amazing as well.

This was a great space for a large family getaway. Lots of room to gather together in common spaces/large table as well as the ability to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Wifi was good in some parts of the house, but not all. Know that there may be stinkbugs depending on the time of year, but the house was overall very clean. Would recommend.
