I've stayed at this place three times now, and I can honestly say it's hands-down the coolest spot around. Modern, stylish, and super comfortable—everything about it just works. Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. If you're looking for a place that's a step above the rest, this is it. Can't wait for stay number four!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great it’s just a few blocks from the arena, Broadway, country music hall fame and many other attractions.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Carlos listing was an absolute treasure of a spot. Close enough for business and the excitement on Broadway of downtown Nashville. Best part was the peace and quiet at night. Not to mention the complimentary coffee and snacks for the week. Absolutely the best and hopefully schedule with Carlos in the fall. Thank you Johnny Garcia

Clean, quiet, spacious, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. I was in town for a wedding and didn’t get to truly enjoy everything that was offered, but there were nice amenities like a coffee bar. The space was comfortable.

Had a great stay at Michael’s place in Nashville. He was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the booking and stay, which made everything super smooth. The listing was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and the photos matched perfectly. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

Really big and quality guest house for the money. Beautiful property and friendly but unobtrusive hosts. Hour from Nashville and great state parks nearby. Also, it was SUCH a bonus to have a frozen pizza and eggs in the fridge when we arrived. We were starving, didn’t think ahead (like my mom would’ve) and the nearest store closes at 8! Can’t say enough good things.

Margaret and Peter’s house is in a beautiful and peaceful historic town. The house was clean and cozy. We will definitely be staying here if we come back to the area!

One of we 3 ladies had never stayed at an Airbnb before. Her response when we arrived was WOW! Everything was very clean with plenty of towels and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a delightful neighborhood and only 8 minutes walk to the bus stop. We took the bus to downtown/ Broadway twice. It cost just $1 each way. I recommend if you go further afield ie The Grand Ole Opry you should use Lyft. Not expensive and reliable. Having stayed at Airbnb and vrbo accommodations many times I rate this as one of the best. Zachary is a superb host and I’m hoping he has more properties in various venues. Would certainly like to use them in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay - the house was very well maintained and comfortable. I really appreciated the office space. While the docking station did not work for me, I was able to connect via cable to the monitor and got some quality work done. More so than if I had stayed at a hotel. I appreciated the laundry pods being available and the labels on the machine. The rooms were comfortable. It got a bit chilly while I was there and it rained alot. There was no flooding at the house and was able to adjust the thermostat, which I appreciated. Overall 5 stars! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay exceeded expectations! The condo was perfect for our group, with plenty of space and every amenity we could ask for. Heather has gone above and beyond as an Air BnB host, both in her design and preparation of the space, and her support in answering questions before our trip. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

If you’ve ever dreamed of a vacation surrounded by the soothing sounds of trains at all hours, this Airbnb delivers! Who needs peace when you can be rocked to sleep by freight trains? Midnight train enthusiasts will feel at home! The atmosphere outside is lively, with a bustling sea of homeless individuals adding spice to your stroll downtown. Forget about packing snacks; you’ll have opportunities to test your social skills in this vibrant community! Parking is first come, first serve, and be prepared to pay for it—part of the experience! A smartphone is a must to access the building. On the bright side, the gated community offers security, and guests can enjoy a nice pool and gym area to relax! The house was clean, and Melissa was very responsive. Earplugs are provided to help with the ambiance! If you enjoy late-night train concerts, urban reality, and the thrill of hunting for parking, this spot is perfect for you! Just remember to bring your sense of humor!

We had a great stay in Nashville. The place was beautiful and Chris was very responsive. The train didn’t bother us as some of the other reviews said. There was a sound machine and I’m sure that’s why. We did have a bit of trouble getting in at first. I wasn’t familiar with the Latch app but Chris called me via FaceTime and walked me through it. The only parking that was free was street parking. We found it right out front on the first day but then it was harder. There is a mission down the street so walking to the place at night made me a little uncomfortable with the amount of homeless people out there but there were also so many others around that it was completely fine during the day. Just the night made me nervous because we had kids with us. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Chris was a wonderful host.

After reviewing many locations, we chose this spot because previous guest had written great reviews AND the HOST was incredibly responsive and friendly. She answered all of our questions and provided great detail and made us feel confident in our decision to rent. The entire process was so easy. The Host took great care in the accommodations, providing fun QR codes with information on activities within 1 mile of the property. The building was secure, and even though it was located quite close to the train and a shelter area, we still felt quite safe. The noise level was not a problem, but if it had been, they had provided little jars full of earplugs, but again, it was not an issue. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire condo was bright and full of color. The condo was located on the 2nd Floor which provided easy access to the Gym, Lounge, extra bathrooms and pool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Property if you are planning a trip to Nashville. Will stay here again!

Found the perfect place to stay in Nashville! Beautiful apartment in the ideal location! Quiet, safe, walking distance to Broadway. Bonus: there’s a Starbucks 15 feet from the back door. Will definitely be back!

Nick is an outstanding host, communicates often and makes it easy to stay. The condo unit is very nice, both in decoration and in amenities. The location of Nick's place is great - walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and other shopping - and easy access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park for plenty of hiking and sightseeing. I highly recommend!
