Shawn is a phenomenal host. The place was impeccable. Fresh flowers, beautiful decor, ice cream/gelato in the freezer, espresso cued up... check-in and check-out were a breeze. Recommendations for eating out were provided and both he and his wife were accessible throughout out the stay. Not only will we go back but we will also explore the many options that Shawn offers with AIRBNB - especially the farm. If you in the area, you need to at least visit the farm. Thank you Shawn. It was an awesome stay. I look forward to our next one.

I've stayed at this place three times now, and I can honestly say it's hands-down the coolest spot around. Modern, stylish, and super comfortable—everything about it just works. Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. If you're looking for a place that's a step above the rest, this is it. Can't wait for stay number four!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

My stay here was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and so peaceful and serene. The bathroom is gorgeous, the bed was so comfy. Kathy was wonderful to speak to and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back this way.

We felt comfortable and safe. Easy parking and clear instructions. Very nice furniture and modern choices. Walkable and quiet. We’ll be back for sure!

Martin and Nikki were wonderful hosts-- friendly, conciencious and accommodating. The space was comfortable, they were flexible with check-in/out times and they even left us snacks :) We were in town for Big Ears and, while this isn't a particularly walkable distance from the festival, it's only a short drive away. Thanks you guys, maybe we'll see you again next year!

Our stay at Chris place was absolutely fantastic! This cute cozy apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, shopping area and we found plenty of great dining options nearby. The amenities were great, and Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the snacks and breakfast treats which made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to come back!" 

This was exactly what my large (four children) family needed while attending a local wedding. This house is large, clean, and very organized. I could not have asked for better during our stay. Thanks very much!

My family and I loved our stay. The place was just like the pictures! Very spacious, beautiful and peaceful. Loved walking the trail, or sitting outside listening to the birds and having a fire. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. It was conveniently located, as we were close to Knoxville and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable house with plenty of room for family to visit and eat together. Good central location. Owners moved us to this house after one of their other properties (which we had rented) suffered significant storm damage--very accommodating. They even allowed a later checkout to give us some flexibility on Easter Sunday.

This home is in a very safe, upscale, and beautiful neighborhood. I would feel safe walking anywhere. Within 10 mins of major shopping, restaurants, etc. The home is well-appointed, extremely clean, comfy beds, lots of open sitting space. The second floor has its own sitting space, too. All 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again.

What a great home! There's so much room, and so many options for entertaining company. We started out conversing at the kitchen island, then made our way to the game room to have some fun. There was also planty of sleeping. With 6 adults and 1 child, I felt like we had plenty of privacy, and the beds were nice and comfy.

This place is one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all places we have stayed. The place was clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was easy to navigate to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets and dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home. Thank you Rachel!

Great value! Lots of space, well-appointed, love the location. Nice to not be right on the main drag but it isn’t too far of a walk (beautiful walk there). Gabriel and team are very communicative and responsive. Plan to stay here again!

10/10 stay with no complaints. Great location, great condo, and great host. It was perfect for our weekend getaway, and super close to everything. Condo was clean and just as pictured, super quiet once inside and the bed was pretty comfortable which was an added bonus! We will be back!

This is a great place! Simultaneously isolated and close to everything. It feels like a cabin , but you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge within 3 min. Close to Gatlinburg as well. It's an older place, but very clean with great amenities and multiple balconies. Kitchen had everything, unlike some other places we stayed. Very nice gas grill outside, we use it daily. We enjoyed watching birds and hummingbird, as Brian and Teresa provided food for the bird feeders. I worked remotely during my stay, and wi-fi worked great. Free Dollywood fireworks nightly, although slightly obstructed. Sometimes there are some noise from Dollywood rollercoaster, but it's not a problem if you are running around during a day.

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.
