We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. Siamo stati benissimo in questa nostra settimana a Kornič, Marko è stato ineccepibile, attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste! Abbiamo trovato un ambiente rilassato e rilassante, pulito e tranquillo con tutto il confort che ci aspettavamo. Piacevoli sorprese sono state le bibite di benvenuto, un sacchetto d’ uva 🍇 del giardino trovata sulla porta al ritorno dalla spiaggia (graditissima anche dalla nostra bambina) e un ricordo che ci ha lasciato Marko quando siamo ripartiti per casa! Il genere di attenzioni che fanno la differenza! Sicuramente lo consiglieremo, e se torneremo a Krk in vacanza torneremo qui con piacere!

Great place, down to earth and original!

Wir waren in den Herbstferien 1 Woche dort es war sehr schön das Haus war sehr toll und wir hatten unsere Ruhe wir konnten sogar den Pool noch nutzen trotz das wir Mitte Oktober hatten. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Ivan der uns viele Tipps gegeben hat wo wir was sehen können. Das schöne war einfach die Städte waren schon etwas leerer so das man gemütlich sich alles ansehen konnte. Wir würden immer wieder zurück kommen das Haus war einfach schön .

Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Carla. Der Check-In verlief problemlos. Carlas Vater hat uns nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr groß und ideal für Urlaube mit Hund. Manchmal kam der kleine Hund der Nachbarn zu besuch. Er macht aber keine Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit Carla war super. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir wurden von Daniela herzlich willkommen geheißen. Sie hatte viele tolle Tips für die Stände, Restaurants, u div. Aktivitäten bereit Wir haben uns einfach herzlich in der Familie aufgenommen gefühlt, aber ganz unauffällig. Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit in allen Dingen. Die Benutzung ihres Gartens ist einzigartig. Man kann sich im Schatten des Gartens sehr privat aufhalten und kann nach 20 Metern direkt hinter der wunderschönen Promenade ins Meer fallen und die Sonne genießen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich nur weiter empfehlen, außerdem plitzsauber und alles im Apartement vorhanden, ansonsten alles nach Rückfragen erhältlich. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen. Posizione ottima in 2 minuti a piedi arrivi in paese. Casa piccola ma accogliente e pet friendly, avevamo 4 cani. Bellissimo giardino e zona tranquillissima

We had an organization crew of global sport event with 15-20 people to systemize, and Bojan's place was just what we needed! The location is just outside the Krk town so it's extremely quiet and convinient for many people to use it in the same time, regarding to lots of parking places, lots of beds to sleep in in the different locations of the property like backup houses, tents in the forest and alike. The best stuff around this place is that it has lots of toys included in price like sauna, jacuzzi, motor bikes, bikes, outdoor gym with equipment and weights and indoor gym with mats for stretching or group sessions, not to mention that proffesional kitchen with cook available to us every day was very very convinient. All in all, would recommend this property for everyone looking for not-everyday and special environment accommodation! 5 stars!

Great house, very well equiped and super clean. We had a big olive tree garden with bbq, pool and playground (football, volleyball, kids area) just for ourselves. Several nice beaches, shops, services were very close (up to 15min by car). The housekeepers are kind people and very helpful. We would like to thank them once again for helping us with our ill son (he is fine now ;) ). Surely we would reccomend this place.

This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

Mein Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Alles war perfekt – von der Sauberkeit der Räume bis hin zur Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ideal, die Umgebung ruhig und angenehm. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung😊

We were allowed to use Robert's house for a week with 5 people. The house looks exactly like the pictures and even more beautiful. Robert is a very helpful person who is spontaneous and very flexible. Quick answers, helpful tips and quick solutions to problems make him a great host. He also recommended some activities and restaurants. It is a pity that the location of the house does not allow many activities on foot, but it is absolutely ok. You should be prepared to explore the nearby places by car. All in all, we had a great stay and would use Robert's house again at any time and recommend it to others.

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away

It's a glowing gem for people who looks for a spot with stunning views, silence and complete privacy. You are all by yourself there, and trust me - it feels great. Don't get me wrong here with this "all by yourself" part - Dora and her family were helpful and caring throughout our whole stay. Trully wonderful people. Whole house consists of two separate apartments - 2 bedrooms each. You have two well equipped kitchens to use and a special one extra. If you are as big bbq lover as I am - the third one would fit you perfectly. Closest grocery is less than 15min drive from house. Everything surrouding you catches your eye. Phrase to "stretch your eyes" gets a whole new meaning there. So if you still didn't decide yet, then please, give yourself a gift. Travel there and admire breathtaking sunset while floating on inflatabe matress, in your private pool, grasping ice cold Karlovacko in your hand. You deserve it. You will love it. If you can do it? Do it.

Sehr schöne, moderne Villa in einer ruhig gelegenen Umgebung. 5 Fussminuten entfernt gibt es 3 Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Perfekt um mit Freunden oder Familie die Zeit zu geniessen und zu entspannen.

Sanja and Darko are the perfect hosts. They made sure that we had a perfect stay and helped us with everything we needed. The place is perfectly located in the centre of Veli Losinj, close to the supermarket and restaurants. You can reach by foot also beautiful small bays to have a swim or rent bikes to go a little further. They also have a kitchen in the garden where you can cook in the evening if you want. We would definitely go back.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier, zusammen mit unseren Hunden. Der Bungalow war für uns völlig ausreichend und gut eingerichtet. Lediglich ein paar Steckdosen mehr und ein besseres W-Lan wären gut für uns verwöhnte Handy-Junkies. ;-) Alex ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der auch hervorragend deutsch spricht. Die Lage des Bungalows ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. In einer kleinen Nebenstraße, der Dorfladen und auch der Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar (Auto geht natürlich auch, weil Krk nun mal hügelig ist). Ansonsten ist Pinezici ein kleines verträumtes Dörfchen, dass von der günstigen Lage am Meer und den damit einhergehenden Touristen lebt. Der Strand ist, wie in Kroatien üblich, steinig und das Wasser einfach traumhaft. Der Hundestrand könnte in der Hauptsaison etwas überlaufen sein, bei uns (September) hat es aber gut gepasst. Außerdem sind Hunde auch in der am Strand gelegenen Mocca-Bar wirklich gern gesehen. Uns hat es sehr gut auf Krk und bei Alex gefallen, Danke. :-)

Wir waren zu dritt und ein Hund. Sie Lage war für uns hervorragend, da wir ans Meer laufen konnten, und mein Kajak konnte ich auch unten am Strand stehen lassen. Es war schön ruhig, trotz Campingplatz daneben. Gastgeberin war immer gut zu erreichen, spricht perfekt deutsch, und Schlüssel Übergabe war alles kein Problem. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Am liebsten hatte ich es morgens auf dem Balkon , mit Kaffee und Meerblick. Perfekter Start in den Tag. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir hatten uns sehr Wohlgefühl.

Lovely host & apartment with a stunning view of the sea. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and the private beach offers enough space. We had a great time despite the partly rainy fall weather 😁

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment sehr genossen und können es wärmstens empfehlen! Die Sauberkeit war wirklich herausragend, alles war blitzblank und einladend. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die gesamte Abwicklung war unkompliziert und reibungslos. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom modernen Design des Apartments, das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Ein absolutes Highlight war der tolle Pool und der wunderschöne Garten, die zum Entspannen und Geniessen einladen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine Traumwoche in Davor und Vesna's wunderbarer Villa und Anlage. Bei all den Reisen haben wir noch nie so einen herzlichen und gastfreundlichen Empfang erlebt wie hier. Die wertvollen Tipps und Informationen haben uns viel Zeit erspart und wir konnten das Haus und den Pool entspannt genießen. Alles war blitzsauber und wunderschön angelegt. Gut gelegen ist das Haus zudem - schöne Strände in der Nähe, sehr gute Restaurants mit kurzer Fahrtzeit. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort.

A great cute apartment at s very good location. Nikolina and her family are great, friendly, helpful. They recommended several nice beaches and we got to try their homemade mint juice, which was amazingly refreshing. I recommend staying at their place, we had a great time!

First of all, the host went out of their way to accommodate me on both early arrival and late checkout which helped me when my scheduled boat canceled due to weather and I had to change all my travel plans to get back to Italy. Bed was comfortable, there was coffee, a nice place to sit outside, was able to wash and hang a few things to dry, and the space is walking to the waterfront with many restaurants. Very grateful for this convenient place and flexible host!
