Nice property in an awesome location. Very close to CalTrain station and California Avenue which has a numerous restaurants, a grocery (Mollie Stones), etc. Property is in a secure building with underground parking. Susan, the host, was very friendly and helpful.

Roman was the best host I’ve ever had. He was extremely responsive, always helped, and treated me so well throughout the whole summer. Roman would always immediately respond and always addressed any questions or concerns I had. This place itself was just as described- extremely clean and way more spacious than the pictures may show. During the summer, it gets pretty hot as the AC is mainly in the bedroom, but if you turn the fan on, it should be fine. All the appliances work very well and the bed+couches are super comfy! Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay! I had a long term stay. Check in was very easy, Amy was always quick to respond, the apartment was fully stocked, and the internet was very fast. Description and pictures are all accurate. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We originally had booked to stay at one of their properties in Elon Menlo and we were asked if we would mind switching to Anton Menlo to accommodate a guest who wanted to stay longer. Synergy made sure that we had the same type of accommodation we had originally booked for the same price and everything was perfect. We were still very near our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Elon Menlo. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We had a wonderful trip!!!

Beautiful place. It was like staying at a high end hotel with extremely prestige facilities. The gym was first class and the pool AMAZING. Greatly enjoyed going to the gym and swimming in the pool every day. It was like having a private pool as NOBODY uses it. I would definitely stay in this place again.

We had such a fantastic time staying here! The apartment itself was great, cozy, and had everything we needed. The folks upstairs were a bit lively and you'll hear a little pitter-patter sometimes, but it genuinely didn't bother us because the host is an absolute rockstar! She was incredibly welcoming and ridiculously quick with responses whenever we pinged her. Seriously, the glowing reviews are 100% accurate – she's fantastic! Any questions we had were answered at lightning speed. Definitely a top-tier stay – highly recommend!

This place is super close to Caltrain which made it very convenient. It’s very walkable to nearby shops, and we even rented e-bikes from the store a couple blocks away and found the area very bike-friendly. The train is pretty loud — I’m used to train sounds but it was louder than expected. Highly recommend bringing earplugs — I bought some on the second night and it was perfect after that. It is her primary residence so you’ll feel more like you’re staying at a friend’s house than at a curated Airbnb. Don’t book this expecting a hotel vibe — it’s someone’s house, so come ready to respect that.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and quiet. Nicole was very helpful. High-tech features all through out the building. Super secured building that you can easily get locked out if not familiar with the instructions. Table for dining is on the floor. Might not be comfortable for people with back or leg trouble. There is an office table available that can be used to eat if so desired sitting the usual way.

We were on a girls trip to San Francisco and we decided to book this place as it looked great and seemed like in a safe area. I’m glad we booked it and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. Closely located to the airport and touristy locations in the San Francisco area with great views from inside and the outside of the house. Clean home with all the possible amenities. We enjoyed they had a pool table and a home theatre along with a piano in the basement. Very private and cosy house. I’d recommend booking them without a second thought

This a beautiful home that is very well equipped. The house was clean. All the appliances worked. The yard sis large and well kept. I would recommend this to anyone looking for vacation re3ntal in San Jose. Centrally located and easy to reach good restaurants. It is a little challenging getting out of the driveway but nothing that patiences can't overcome. Great Place.

We stayed at Dean's house for almost 3 months, and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We stayed at the house with 2 kids (an infant and a toddler), and 4 adults, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location is perfect, with a beautiful playground just a 2-3 minute walk away at Heritage Park, and Palo Alto Downtown less than a 10 min walk away. To cool down on hot days, we got Summer passes to the Palo Alto public pool (15-20 minute walk). We did our grocery shopping at Trader Joe's (15 min) walk and Whole Food (for more urgent items, 5 minute walk). Dean borrowed me a bike for my daily commute to Stanford (which was about 10 minutes by bike), so that I didn't have to rent or buy one. Dean was very quick to respond to all of our questions throughout our stay. We would definitely return in the future if possible.

RJ great host great place to stay if in the area definitely will be visiting again when working in the area.

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

The apartment is well furnished and clean. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils we needed for our stay. Though we were also expecting a full crib based on the listing details but missed it less with the alternative provided. Walter and Celina are easy to communicate with and friendly. The check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy. The apartment is right next to Caltrain but it wasn't noisy at all. Overall it was a great stay.

Stayed at Farzad’s place for ~10days for a business trip and would stay here again! Some highlights — great location with lots of food options, very flexible & communicative host, and well-designed living space (w/ lots of plants 🌱). Would recommend you staying here ☺️

The place is spotlessly clean and modern. The location in the fun, new urbanist context of Santana Row is fantastic with restaurants and shops just downstairs. It is also surprisingly quiet despite the location. While we experienced some challenges with the key fob for the lobby entry we enjoyed our stay. The place also comes with off-street secure parking which is also a plus.

Stayed there with family of 4. Apt was nicely furnished , family friendly + complementary crib was provided. All very high quality and very clean. Only small negative was the location but we spent most our time at the apt or somewhere else. Didn’t bother us. Quick access to the rest of Bay Area
