We came in for a wedding and it was walking distance from the venue. Everything looks updated inside the room. It was cozy clean and I slept great which is what you want after a long day.

Location is wonderful! Al's Deli attached to the building was excellent and many places to eat within walking distance. Southern Tier Brewery on Prospect Ave was great! Everyone at the apartment building was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again when in Cleveland.

Stans place was great for my conference at Lincoln electric! Quite easy to access and clean! If I gotta come back to Cleveland I’ll be back

A cute apartment that has everything you need. It was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. A great location with restaurants and shops a short walk away...Parking was off street with our own designated spot.... I recommend highly!

Very clean, cozy place. Cody was very responsive. Plenty of free parking on the street. Very close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Second time staying here and will definitely stay again.

This place was super convenient, easy street parking, and had up-to-date furnishings and necessities. Justin was great with communication and had excellent recommendations of local places to go eat and do while we were in town. Would love to stay in one of his properties again.

This is the best place we have stayed in our roadtrip! Brand new remodeling with excellent workmanship. Garage added security. Washer and dryer in the basement. No clutter. Very nice!

I really enjoyed Kristin & Marybeth’s place! It was perfect for what I needed for my dog and me. Beautiful home, great location, clean, all the necessary amenities. Everything was as advertised & host was very responsive. The keurig and coffees were a nice touch for my coffee-loving self!! Mabel my dog was so at home, and we even found a dog-friendly bar in walking distance ❤️🐶. I hope to be back next time I am home in Cleveland!

I loved everything about this unit and it just felt like home. I love the open floor plan made everything accessible. The garage was a plus because we had kids with us, so we felt very safe. I love the keypad locks! Everything was amazing the shower door was a bit wiggly but nothing major. There was a bathroom fixture that was a bit wiggly but nothing to major. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

My group really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful house, clean! A lot of restaurants and other places to visit were near by (driving and walking). Friendly area. I would rebook this place if I would to return to Cleveland!

Our stay at 157 Paul St. was awesome! It had everything you needed for a weekend, even for a long stay! The beds were comfortable and the towels were luxurious! It had anything you needed for the bathroom or kitchen. The living room was simple but still had the essentials and a work desk. Everything was very clean and in order. Stephanie was great at communicating and we would definitely stay again!

Very peaceful setting and home was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Kari was a very pleasant host. I would stay at that location again if ever in the area.

Perfect location in downtown CLE, need an overnight place for downtown sports, highly recommend, close to everything! Go Browns! The space and bonus rooftop space are awesome! Must choose this place if in downtown CLE!

Stayed 2 nights in Cleveland while traveling for work; this stay was one of the best! Outside of the lodging being as described Tina was very accommodating; her personality is the best and she is a great person inside and out. She recommended local restaurants that were as she described. I will stay here every time I come to Cleveland.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.
