Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und haben 10 Tage verlänger, das sagt alles. bequeme Betten, sehr hell. 2 Badezimmer. wir haben alle 2 Tage eine Reinigung durchgeführt lassen die sehr gut ist und auch den Abwasch mitmachen für gerade Mal 400.000 dong. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und ist schön leise. super Ausblick. Küche gut ausgestattet. sehr schön Anlage mit 2 Pool. wir waren an liebsten am Meer sehr einfach perfekt ist. ich kann nicht aufhören zu schwärmen weil es einfach mega schön dort ist. Restaurant auch top, etwas teurer aber sehr lecker. es liegt sehr gut das du in 15min in Da Nang und Hoi An bist. Grab Taxi Service immer sofort verfügbar und essen meistens in 30min. Wir haben ein paar mal den Nachbarn mitbekommen aber nicht der Rede wert sonst isz dir Wohnung sehr ruhig. Lenh ist gut zu erreichen und hilft die so gut es geht weiter. Massagen im Resort auch super. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :D

Très belle chambre avec toutes les commodités! Matériaux de qualité! Lit très confortable. Très belle piscine sur le toit pour les baignades avec vue! Près de tout et de la mer à quelques pas ou en scooter! Je vous recommande cet hébergement. Les photos de la chambre ne correspondent pas nécessairement à celle que vous aurez. Tout dépend la disponibilité.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thao's place. Everything was convenient and easily accessible, just a few minutes from the airport with free pickup. It took about 15-20 minutes by grab to reach Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Night Market, and Da Nang Beach. Overall, our experience was perfect. Thao was very polite and even inquired if we needed anything, like toiletries, and offered us car service for our itinerary..The place was spacious and clean.Will definitely recommend their place.

It was really nice to stay at Phouc place, we have never experienced having such a great, attentive and caring host 😇 all our questions were quickly answered which was also cool. The location is amazing, close to the beach, cafes and so on but at the same time it was quiet and peaceful there. The room itself was nice as it had all needed, even the kitchen. The elevator is being done at the moment, but it was not a problem because the workers helped us with our luggage which we appreciated a lot as well. Wish only success to your business and thanks a lot for being so welcoming ☺️

We were a family of 3, two adults, one 4 year old and we had a great stay at Thi Hien’s house for about 5 days. The house has everything that you need and incase you need anything extra she is so prompt to help you and make things available. The location of the house is great. It’s got everything around, my khe beach is just 3 mins walk, many restaurants, 24x7 supermarkets in and around the building . Grab taxi on the go etc. and i must say Thi Hien is a a very warm and responsive host. She even left us goodies/eatables few times, that’s so kind of her! Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would like to recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay for short or even long term.

I had a small issue during my first night because it was new, and the owner personally came over to check the room. While inspecting, she also noticed that the air conditioning was making too much noise. To ensure my comfort, she immediately moved me to another room and even helped transfer my belongings. By the next morning, the issue was fully resolved, and I was able to move back to my original room, which had been cleaned thoroughly just as if it were being prepared for a new guest. The level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. The host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, putting themselves in the customer’s shoes. If you ever have any concerns, just let her know—she’ll take care of it right away. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and hospitality!
